Saw Van Morrison in concert here because tickets in Chicago sell out so fast. Had seats all the way in the back and could still see pretty well and sound was excellent. Would definitely come back for another concert here.

Mariah Carey tic wasn’t easy for this MN girl! Well worth the work and the wait. Mariah started at 8:37 although showtime was 8pm, diva late🤗 Crowd participated in singing along with popular hits. Another Colosseum win!
I did not stay at the hotel but visited it to see a show but the decoration was wonderful with a aste of Rome wirh all the columns and free or. There was a lot of choice for dining experiences and you could spend a...More
To be fair Mariah had a cold. But the show started 35 minutes late and the theater was uncomfortably warm inside.
I had not heard many of Mariah's songs over the years but was invited by friends to see her show. Not much of a...More
In the past month we've seen Celine Dion and Van Morrison. Also saw Reba & Brooks and Dunn, and have tickets for Hall and Oates in March. This venue is exquisite. No bad seats. We sat orchestra 5 tonight; 2nd Mezz last month. Second Mezzanine...More
I had the privelege of attending Van Morrison's concert again this year. Attended Feb2/19
Again i found it a moving and emotional experience.
He sang for 90 minutes and he is singing old and new songs in his special way.

Was in town for work for a week. Had wanted to go see this show all week, but never found the time. Finally night before leaving, at the last minute I went to the ticket desk at our hotel and got a great deal on...More
Excellent acoustics in this auditorium. All seating options seem to offer good views to stage. Very much enjoyed seeing and hearing the incredibly talented Van Morrison at this venue. Staff was helpful.
Several points about Van Morrison and the venue:
1. The man has stage fright. He won't engage in rock star bromides ("Hello, Las Vegas!") or between song banter. He won't bask in the audience's adulation. He is on the stage to play. He'll probably start...More

I don’t think I would do that, too tight, not romantic enough for me. Personally, I would pre book a 7 pm beautiful unforgettable dinner across the street at then Eiffel Tower Restaurant, the day before the Celine concert on December 30th.I would have an enjoyable slow relaxing dinner at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. After a slow dinner, I would take her up 460’ to the Eiffel Tower Tower Veiwing deck amd watch the beautiful fountain show at the Belllagio. When the time is right, I would purpose.
I would make it into a big deal two day event. The two things you are trying to do are too big. I would not do too much all in the
same night. The Celine Dionn show is a big deal. Your wedding proposal is even a bigger deal. Split both events up. The last thing you don’t want to be doing is looking at your watch because of the need to be on time at a concert. I would not try to do both in the same night. That’s just me, my opinion. I would not let the show know. It would take away from the concert Get engaged one night, 12/30, and then on the next night,12/31, go to the show. My wife agrees with me too.

I would say to invest money for the best ticket possible. I purchased by ticket through the hotel to save on the the additional fee. Great seats, but they do not provide any information on what ticket you will get until you arrive and pick-up the tickets. No complaints on the seating. Do not stay at the Flamingo Hotel, it's really poor :( and those are kind words for that hotel.
A long way off but we are going to Vegas in February and the wifey wants to go and see Mariah Carey who is playing there on the 5th or the 6th. What is the best way to get tickets? Have heard of tix4tonight for discount tickets but not sure if they would have that kind of thing. Would it be worth waiting until we are over or to get them before we leave?

Best bet if you're looking for tickets will be Axs.com, which is the site Caesars uses for most of their Colosseum tickets. I doubt they'll make it to a discount broker unless demand really falls.
Cher Discount (7 Replies)
Cher is at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and a current promotion called "If I Could Turn Back Time" allows you to purchase a $50 mezzanine ticket for shows from June15 through July 4. To take advantage of the offer go to ticketmaster.com, select a date from June 15 to July 4, and enter the password "TBT50" under the Turn Back Time Promo drop down.

Trust me that would be $50 and 90 minutes Vegas time right down the drain!
best seats for Celine Dion show at Colosseum (0 Replies)
Want to buy Celine Dion tickets and want to get feed back from people that have been to see her. Going march 11, so will probably book on the wednesday, since for some strange reason, the front orchestra seating for tuesday 03/12 show is booked??? Will book through ticket master and I am looking into front orchestra 3, row SS, compared to rear orchestra 4, row D (which is the first row in the rear orchestra). Both are same price (250$/ticket). Thanks in advance for your response.
