Pretentious
Jul 2019 • Couples
We went in with a serious inquiry about purchasing a piece. The first sales woman we spoke with was so pretentious we were immediately turned off and she ruined our entire experience. She at first acted like they had nothing to show us. She then introduced us o Dave McLaughlin who was much more accommodating. He was able to show us several pieces that were what we were looking for and in our price range. She came back into the room several times and continued with the pretentious attitude. At one point we were enquiring about the frame on the piece and Dave agreed it was not the most appealing frame but it is what they put on most of the pieces and most people don't care for it. She came back into the room and started telling us how it was the most popular frame they sold and explained why. Just because it's the most gaudy frame and it's what they use doesn't mean it's the most popular. Even though we liked the piece, and Dave, we just weren't comfortable purchasing after the way we were treated. Not a professional welcoming experience.

We never received thw certificate
Jul 2018 • Couples
We purchased a print and requested to ship it internationally. We never received the certificate. We called and sent many emails asking for the document and never received what it was offered. The sales man was just giving excuses. We are still waiting after more than 7 years. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't be pressured

We like art so went in to while away a little time before the "Fall of Atlantis" which takes place nearby.
Just looking around when we were approached by a salesperson he was so persuasive ( and would not take no for an answer) that we almost bought a Dali woodcut; reduced from$1200 to $800. Thank goodness we didn't because I looked online and you could buy one on ebay for about $100. At least we had a laugh about i!

A wonderful find
Nov 2018 • Friends
Fantastic Galleey tucked in between the glitzy shops of the Forum. We walked in to specifically see the largest canvas produced by Dali. I was totally overwhelmed with the wealth of exhibits, Erte, Warhol, Dali, Picasso and even a Hirst. The gentleman who I spoke to was full of knowledge and not at all pushy, he understood that I just wanted to appreciate the art and not purchase it, although there were quite a few exhibits that I would have happily taken home with me. Really nice to find such a quiet oasis amongst the lights and glamour of the Forum shops. If I had one criticism, it would be, that it would have been nice to purchase a catalogue.

Don't buy most art / prints here- you won't be able to sell to anyone!
Jun 2018 • Couples
While this gallery might be fun to walk through and make you feel like you are high rolling in Vegas - I strongly advise against buying anything from Martin Lawrence Galleries. Anything you purchase here is not really considered fine art...I have a few things I have purchased here and can't seem to get even a FRACTION of what I paid for them. Seriously, NOT EVEN A FRACTION. They still have these same items for sale and I feel duped. Don't buy mass produced items here unless you want to keep them forever and are ok with overpaying. Luckily, I did buy these because I liked them and enjoyed them at the time. Now that I would rather have the money I can't hardly give them away.

If I could give a zero rating....
Apr 2018 • Family
I usually stay away from the negative reviews but this place takes first place in the rude Olympics. First off, there's no way I could or would pay $75,000 for a Warhol reprint. And I definitely looked like I could not afford one also ( was wearing a MSU Spartan's shirt and blue jeans ). I was just curious as to the price of the print, so I walked in, noticed I was the only one in the gallery. There wasn't a price for the piece ( of course ), so I went over to the two employees that were sitting at a table watching Jeopardy on YouTube and politely inquired. They actually looked stunned that I spoke to them. They both gave me the rude stink eye. One of them quickly spouted the price and immediately turned back to the YouTube....I thanked them and left.

You must see America's largest fine art gallery!
Aug 2017 • Couples
You're walking through the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace and you come across one of the best, and certainly the largest, fine art Gallery in America! Wow! You feel like you slipped into a museum without paying the $20 admission! Free and open to the public are billions worth of fine art to view and enjoy. More Warhols than any other gallery! Just incredible!

Sunday Shopping
Apr 2016 • Family
On a lazy Sunday we decided to visit the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and we wandered into Martin Lawrence Gallery and had a great tour of some Cool art from Warhol, Kostabi, Erte, etc. A rare cost free experience on Vegas, highly recommended for a quick cultural infusion.
