We are from Arizona and we take a yearly trip to Vegas on our anniversary and we always use party tours! It's the most fun out of all the tours out there. We get to ride on an awesome party bus and there is no wait or cover to get into the best clubs. We also stop at the Vegas sign and take a group picture. It's a very fun experience and I strongly recommend party tours in Las Vegas!!

We experienced party tours Friday 14th September 2018 and thought the experience was excellent.
I done this tour with family and we had a great time.
We met our host outside house of blues at 8pm where we registered and were given a wrist band. We then had time to ourselves in the bar until 9pm where our host then Transferred us to foundation rooms. We loved this bar. Good music and an excellent view from the outdoor balcony (great photo opportunity). Also, there was a deal $5 vodka if you had a wrist band.
We then met around 10.10pm for our bus. The bus was spacious and everyone was in good spirits. We then headed to the Las Vegas sign for photos. During the bus journey we were given a taste of champagne and our host was pouring drinks as we asked (beer, vodka, jack daniels etc).
We then went to the nightclub ‘light’ at Mandalay bay where we were given a good amount of time to experience the club before setting of to our last club ‘Paris’. Paris was beautiful, it’s an outdoor club with excellent music. Everyone on the tour appeared to be having a fantastic time and our host kept things flowing.
Would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Thanks!

I bought 3 Groupons for $49 each. We were told to be at The Hard Rock between 9 and 9:15 to leave. We got there at 8:40 and we were told that the bus wasn't leaving until 10:40. So we went upstairs and had some drinks and dinner. Our waitress was drunk (she told us) and kept forgetting to bring out our water. The 2 for 1 vodka special is on plain drinks like vodka cran, vodka soda...The two hour wait was rough, but we made it. Then we met our party downstairs. J-Boog (Jason Peasnall) was an amazing Host!! He kept the drinks coming and HE made the whole night worth wild! We first went to the club at the top of Mandalay Bay...It was boring as hell. It was more so a lounge that had no seating unless you had bottle service. And my feet were killing me since I followed the dress code (which a lot of people didn't) but it's a good thing I had my flippy floppies. Then we made our way to the Welcome to La Vegas sign. I have been to Vegas 6 times and had yet to go to that sign. It was fun because we found out that a lot of people in our group were also from Colorado. Then we made our way to Surrender. Hands down, this is the best club I have been to in Vegas. It was just like the movies. Hated that we only got an hour or so there. Next time, I would just stay there because we headed to Tao which was the last stop of the night and it was BORING. I was hoping that there would be more people, but nope. All in all, my friends and I had a great time. Even though we didn't like the first and last club, the money was still worth it and J-Boog really made it worth it. I also can't forget to mention our driver. He was such a gentleman and helped all of the girls off of the bus...Which brings me to my next subject. The bus was hmmmmm... When you look at the pictures, it looks really nice, but the one we had was questionable. I had to stop using the handrail to get in because it was soo loose. And I think we had too many people on the bus. Some had to stand up because there wasn't enough seating and one of the guys was a sloppy drunk (thank you J-Boog for removing him!) I would definitely use you guys again when I come back on May 8th! I have recommended you to many of my friends. Thank s for the great night!!!!!

All In Party Tour

What a mess! I’ve done party buses numerous times but this one takes the cake for the worst one! We were done by midnight even though it said until 3AM check my confirmation in the pictures! In reality we NEVER left Mandalay Bay!

First part/ meetup counts as one of the “Top Clubs” called Eyecandy which it was more of a bar. It looked like they had a dance floor towards the back, which no one was on. Everyone was waiting in the bar/lounging area. The website says there would be drink specials and there was none. Usually you get Bogo or 2x1 on drinks deal on other party tours I’ve been on. But whatever we gave it a shot cause it was just the meet up it goes going to get better or so I thought.

About 30 min later we leave to the next “Top Club” the Foundation Room which Less than 5 min walk from Eyecandy Lounge. The site states “VIP Hosted Entry with Expedited VIP Lines” but had to wait 20 minutes which was a buzzkill in the same line as everyone else. There was no such thing as a VIP line, everyone went into the same line. We had an hour enjoy the club and meet back down. The club was small and compact hardly any room to maneuver and it was a struggle to just get 1 drunk wasted half the time trying to order.

2 clubs down and only 2 beers in we met back up with the host Tazz my entire party and the other parties accompanying us were quiet as babies. No one was having fun and you can sense people starting to get disgruntled. I felt optimistic thinking at least we’re finally heading to the party bus and that should be fun.

We get on the Bus finally the music is bumping and drinks are being poured as we made our way to the Vegas Sign to take our “Professional”photos at the World Famous Las Vegas sign as stated on the website. It’s sad to say but the 10 minute drive to sign was the highlight of the night. We got to listen to about 2 full songs and drink. The only time the vibe was right.

We arrive at the sign for “professional” pictures to find a lady with an iPhone and portable ring light taking photos off too the side. Tazz still had the courage to stay she works for tips! Below is posted the picture I took with my own iPhone.

We get back on the bus towards back to the last “Top Club”. We arrive to Daylight Beach back at Mandalay Bay. A member from the other party we were riding with said “Let me guess we have to wait in this line also” Tazz responded “No not this one”. What do you know we had to wait in line! We walked in and it was a pool party! Everyone was in swim attire except for us. We immediately walked right back out and felt cheated. Tazz still had the audacity to say him and the driver work for tips! I

I would NEVER recommend this tour to anyone! Even if it was free!

Don’ waste your time or money. So I pay $100 to ride to the Las Vegas sign to take pictures? You give me cheap champagne or vodka for the bus that you said was loaded with alcohol? Lied and more lies. I must admit the music and the bus was nice. The price does not match what you receive. If you decide to go bring your expectations to the ground.

Really terrible experience. We reserved a tour (8/17/20-Happy hour party cruise) so someone in our party (party of 12) could propose to his girlfriend. We made our reservations, received a confirmation from them and waited for the tour. They never showed up! Attempted to contact them and they said they had no tour that night even though we had our email confirmations. The proposal was done in Treasure Island (terrible option but the only one) since the tour didn't show and now we can't get our money back. Fighting with the BBB to get our refunds. I recommend you do not use this company for tours especially for a special occasion.

Still waiting on someone to contact me about our reservation that was canceled due to covid. As of today I still cannot get anyone to respond to an email or call me back. We had a large reservation and it’s ridiculous that no one will contact me.

Before I go into my review let me just inform those who may have never gone to Vegas that all the clubs listed on their site offer free entry and free drinks as well as some other spots on the strip so if that's your selling point, splitting a cab will save you more money and a potential headache.

Ok so let me tell you my experience with this company from start to finish. I came across Party Tours on a Vegas coupon site so I decided to see what they had to offer. After looking at the packages it seemed like a good idea so I forwarded the site to the bride to be (as that was the purpose of our trip to Vegas) and she was thrilled about bachelorette package #1. This particular package includes a party bus pick up at the hotel, VIP seating at men of og or sapphire with a free round of drinks, (they didn't ask our preference) and vip entry into club LAX located in the Luxor hotel.

I called Party Tours ready to make a reservation for the package mentioned above and Angel transferred me to Chris who immediately tried to sell me the "party tour" package. I told him I would talk to the bride to be and see what she thought about switching as that package did seem like a lot of fun. After the bride spoke with Chris she decided to stick with the original package because she didn't want to be on a bus with 30 strangers (Chris failed to mention that part to me).

Fast forward to day of our reservation...

Since our package did not include drinks on the bus we asked if we could bring our own and were told we could do so or the driver could go to the store for us. Impressed as we were by the level of service they were offering we picked up our own liquor instead.

Once we stepped on the bus we immediately got the party started. The music was good the bus was nice (equipped with ice and cups) and we were ready for an unforgettable night. We make it to the first stop which was the strip club (about 15 minutes from the hotel) and we attempted to finish our drinks. The driver stepped inside and said we had to "get out immediately", "but our drinks" we protested. "You can take them outside" the driver snapped. “I have more people to pick up."

It was then we realized that the liquor bottles and 2 liter Pepsi we brought on board would have to travel with us the duration of the evening. Being good sports we hopped off the bus, luggage in tow but less excited then when the party started. Nevertheless we downed our drinks and walked up the front desk of the club and explained we had a reservation through Party Tours. The club manager was quite confused and completely unaware of our reservation so I gave her the rundown of the package and pulled the website up on my phone so she could see her company listed on the site as part of the package. The club manager told me she never worked with or heard of that company before. At this point, being that I was the maid of honor I was pissed. How could Party Tours be so careless? Is this a scam? Suddenly the rude driver shows back up and I explain the situation to him and he gets Chris on the phone. Chris offers to buy us a round of drinks at the next spot if we want to just stay at the club. This option might have been ok except there is a two drink minimum at the strip club and seeing we just bought our own liquor and paid $577.25 for a party tour, paying an extra $40 a head just seemed a bit extreme. By then we just wanted to be done with whole thing and get our money back. I told the club manager we would not be staying and she apologized for the confusion and suggested that next time we work with her directly and she would take good care of us.

Meanwhile while I was talking to Chris and the club manager trying to resolve the issue I was informed by my friends that the driver left us with no intentions of coming back so they paid a random limo driver $50 to take us to LAX where Chris said he would be available to speak with in person.

We arrive to LAX and I call Chris but now he has stopped answering the phone. Instead of holding up the entire party I instruct the bride and the rest of the party to enjoy themselves at yet another local club offering free drinks and entry while I sorted this thing out.

Finally one of my friends was able to get the driver on the phone who said Chris was the best one to speak as he was the owner and there was no authority over him and he would be with him when he did a 10pm drop off and we could talk to him then. Mind you we had an 8pm reservation and we are still waiting for them to make good on what they promised would be a fun evening. 10pm rolls around and we were still waiting. At about a little after 10:30 I start inquiring with Luxor security on the process for filing a police report for theft and learned that a group waiting next to us had also been duped by Party Tours. The spokesperson from that group then came over to me and we exchanged our experiences and she told me to stay with her cause Chris was on his way to meet with her group. (It was her 40th b ‘day and they had been dropped off with no communication or instruction and sent a text message that they would receive a full refund)

Around 11pm or so Chris finally shows up and walks directly to the other group and apologizes for everything and promises to refund her entire purchase on Monday and give her party the tour anyway. I then introduced myself to Chris and ran down the whole speech again and promised to refund our money in full as well. He assured us that even if we got on the bus we would get a full refund and they just wanted to make sure we had a good time. Reluctantly I agreed to his terms and made a video recording of him making that promise.

Now that the refund situation seem to be clear I call the bride and the rest of the party to meet us so we could walk into LAX like VIPs with Chris and the other group. We get up to the line and there was obviously a problem. The club's managers were not fans of Party Tours or Chris and made us wait after the regular club goers before allowing us to cross the velvet ropes but NOT before ripping off the Free VIP-Open Bar armbands my friends had just received from an LAX promoter while waiting for me! Yes they paid 89 apiece to be downgraded!!!!! Classy women we are, we took it in stride and walked into the club and headed the bar to purchase much needed tequila shots.

We were instructed to meet outside at midnight to be taken to the next location. Almost an hour goes by before our bus shows up carrying Mike who claimed to be a CEO at Party Tours and that he and the Owner (Chris) were going to do make sure we got a refund on Monday. Because of all the drama and waiting a member of our party decides to call it a night and the other 5 of us head to the next destination. By now the bride herself is exhausted and over the evening so we catch a cab to our respective hotels to prepare for the wedding the next morning.

On the following Wednesday I received a refund to my card but it was $100 short of what was paid and what was agreed upon by Chris that Tuesday when I called after my money didn't show up on Monday. I called Thursday and left messages with Angel and Courtney to have Chris give me a call but I never heard from him. This morning (Friday) I called and asked Courtney if she could put me on hold while she located someone who could help me. I was then transferred to Todd he promptly told me "I'm the owner there is no one higher up then me so go [--] yourself" before hanging up in my ear.

I am now seeking legal action against this bogus company.

God Bless

I want to start off by saying this experience may have been completely different, had we had a different host for the night.

My friends and I bought this as a Groupon because most of the reviews are positive and figured it would be a fun night to see different clubs and meet some cool people.

We started at Fizz inside Caesar's Palace, where we met up with our host "E". We were given 2-for-1 drink tickets and headed inside. We sat down and looked at the drink menu (none were under $18 each) and then asked the waitress for 2 drinks and we'd use one of our tickets then decide if we wanted to use the rest based on time, etc. She then told us that the tickets are only good for 1 full priced $18 drink then the second, free drink, could only be used toward a well drink (costing much less than the drinks on the menu). We decided it wasn't worth it and decided to go gamble in the casino while we waited for the tour to start, where we could drink for free.

At 9:30 we went back to the meeting spot outside Fizz, where we saw the other 2 groups who would be with us on the bus. The host made no effort to introduce us to each other or get us excited to be heading out. We all walked outside to where the bus was parked and they took photos of each group in front of the bus.

When we boarded the bus, "E" handed out warm champagne to everyone and made a poor effort to get us excited about the night ahead. We also noticed that his pants were ripped in the butt area while he spoke to the driver. We were on the bus for about 10 minutes then we got off at Mandalay Bay (a location not on the itinerary) and followed the host through the casino and got on the elevator to go to the Foundation Room bar at the top of the hotel. We were told to meet back downstairs at 11:30 (almost 2 full hours later).

I will admit, this lounge/bar was very cool. It had a great view of the strip and a really cool patio and cozy, bohemian style inside. It was my style of bar, but for anyone looking for dancing and partying, this would not be the place for them. At 11:30 we met another group downstairs (who said they didn't even go up to the bar) and all headed out back onto the bus to go to the Las Vegas sign. We stayed there for about 5 minutes after snapping a couple pictures and left.

When we got back on the bus we were handed a very strong (warm, again) vodka, cran drink. We weren't given the option for what we wanted, the host just handed them out. A bunch of us asked him to pour some Sprite in it so it was actually drinkable.

As we rode over to the Cosmopolitan (actually on the itinerary), people were talking, but remained in their groups because the host made no effort to make things interesting or encourage mingling. One of my friends was up talking to the driver, she was so bored and another was trying not to throw up because she was feeling so car sick from all the bumps. While everyone was talking "E" made a brief announcement about how we we arriving at our last location and asked nicely for some tips. However, no one cared what he was talking about because he made no effort with anyone all night.

That being said, I don't want to be the person who doesn't tip someone (even though he was awful) so I gave him $5 as I walked off the bus. My friend who was feeling sick, couldn't stay on any longer and just ran off so didn't tip him and my other friends just weren't paying attention to him and didn't even have tipping him on their minds (not my fault).

As my friend who was talking to the driver, got off the bus, she heard "E" utter under his breath "f-ing jews". And he basically stormed off to lead us to the club inside. I don't know how the people in the others groups tipped him (I'm assuming not well), because he made a big scene at the entrance to the club about how it's completely unacceptable that people wouldn't tip him and he expected $30/person, which is ridiculous.

That being said, I think my friends should have tipped him a little bit, but I honestly think it was a simple mistake that they didn't. I don't think it was a malicious act by any means. However, there is NEVER an excuse to make racist and hateful remarks to anyone, ever, especially your customers.

The description of the tour on their website is pretty misleading. We went to 3 bars, not 4. We were only given 1 warm champagne & 1 warm, ridiculously strong vodka drink. The bars we went to were pretty cool and unique, but not really what was on the itinerary. The host was far from "VIP" and none of the photos from our bus has been posted on Facebook yet (even though the album for our weekend has been, including several other bus groups). We also felt extremely rushed on and off the bus everywhere we went, there was barely time for any pictures.

Anyways, I definitely would not recommend this company. Typically, I'm not the type to write bad reviews, but racism is just completely unacceptable in my books and shouldn't ever be tolerated.
