Love the art and the change of pace.
Clean and unique setting where you could rest from the normal casino view. Plenty of stores to shop around and places to sit and contemplate.

We are visiting America from England on a honeymoon road trip. Las Vegas is our final destination. After the madness of the strip with bright lights and garish sights we embark on the contrast of tranquility and stunning sights, here at The Gallery situated in the Aria. As an art teacher. I have taught Dale Chihuly's work for the past 6 years to my yr 8 students. But have never actually had the opportunity to see his work at first hand. This was a fantastic opportunity. The gallery has such a fantastic selection of both his paintings and glasswork and the gentleman working there was wonderful in sharing his knowledge about the work. This is a definite MUST SEE for all, whether art lovers or not. My experience will certainly be shared with my students back at school. Fabulous.

I am nearly speechless. That never happens. The entire property is nearly a work of art in itself. Not to say the other resorts in town aren't, but this place takes detail to the next level. it is evident that every surface, color, texture, and light was chosen and selected placed for a reason.
I was able to get my glasses serviced at the Cartier Certified retailer Optica while I played. Perfect! Food, Art, Fun, all set in a way that describe, you must see for yourself.

I overheard someone talking about the beautiful Christmas decorations at the Aria, so we added it to our walkabout. We visited around 9:30 in the morning, before the shops were open. Apparently, since we weren't dressed in Burberry, Prada or Gucci, we didn't look like we belonged there. Immediately on entering we were approached by a security guard who told us none of the stores were open yet. I responded we just wanted to look around. I suppose we passed the test because he allowed us to proceed.
Is IS all quite beautiful. But even if I was filthy, rotten, stinking rich, I wouldn't spend a dime in a place so snobby.

The permanent exhibition is of Chihuly's fabulous colourful glass sculptures and also artwork. It is not a large gallery but go and admire his beautiful work.

Who knew Vegas was such a hot spot for Chihuly glass sightings! First happened upon his work at the Bellagio, then at the Mirage. This was like visiting a mini Chihuly museum.

I just love Dale Chihuly's art so visiting here was a no brainer. I could have stayed there for hours. If you love glass sculptures, this is the place to visit. I just wish I could afford to buy a couple of them! The gallery is free to visit and you can purchase books etc. at an affordable price.

there is an awful lot to see and admire. Most memorable were: the Reclining Connected Forms outside the main lobby by Henry Moore, the Silver River by Maya Lin at the Registration desk, a creation entirely of cast and reclaimed silver of the Colorado River. Add to that the Big Edge by Nancy Rubins who sculpted hundreds of boats together at the Harmon Circle. Simply stunning.
At the Aria concierge desk you can get a map that shows you the way to all of the these attractions with pictures and text re. each artist.

Found this very hard to get to and once there it was expensive and only ok. Nothing stood out. Wouldn't go back.

This was our third visit to The Gallery at Aria. We were staying elsewhere, but were in Las Vegas to dine, and one restaurant that we had decided on was Sage, just off of the lobby of the Aria Resort & Casino. We had arrived early, so spent about 30 mins, just walking through The Gallery, admiring the artwork.
One needs to keep their eyes on a swivel, as the artwork (various media) are displayed everywhere, though are mostly in groupings – however, some displays are easy to miss, if not, say looking up to the atrium ceiling, three stories above.
Many of the pieces are abstract, to the point of needing a guide book, while others are quite obvious – though their arrangement, and some interesting juxtapositions require a bit more thought.
I know that we missed too much, or the displays have been reduced? When we last stayed at the Aria, I spent well over an hour tracking down each display, and admiring them. We seemed to be done too soon on this visit, but then it WAS time to be seated in the restaurant.
I will be returning to spent much more time, just seeking out each piece, and each grouping, and enjoying each.
