It's just a sign, but it is an icon.

Not long ago they added a parking area, now there are usually people taking pictures in front of the sign at all hours. Don't forgeet your selfie stick.

This is a must when you go to Vegas! Don't walk like we did the first time from Mandalay Bay - it is a lot longer than you think. It is really nice now because they have a parking area in the median. Just be prepared to stand in line a few minutes to get your photo. There was a... More

We drove past this iconic sign multiple times and each time there was at least 100 plus people standing in lines/crowds to take their pics with the sign and it was 105 degree heat. We jokingly asked our Las Vegas family member when you could go and there be no lines and was told 4am. That night, my 19 year... More

We were on a Big Bus and we did not get off, but it was still great to see. It was very hot and did not want to wait for the next bus. Would be fun to get a picture in front of it.

Because you gotta take a selfie with the las vegas sign.... it was a good thing we went with a local to find it though - it seemed to be in a random location to me - without very much parking but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.

It's got to be done but there is a queue night and day. The tour buses always stop there. You can park or cross the road if walking

I only give this an average score because there is not really much to say, its a sign!!! Its constantly busy whatever time of day you go past it. There is a small parking area near the sign. We ended up going to it around 11.30-12.00 at night as that seemed to be the less busiest time!!!!!!

Approaching Vegas from the south you drive right by the sign. It is welcoming & can't be missed for sure.
