The dealer customer service at this casino sucks. My husband and I would play at this casino often when we come to Vegas and we promise to never step foot into this casino again to play. Absolute worst customer service we have ever received.

I always liked staying and gambling at the Imperial Palace. I stayed in many other hotels but always came back to the Imperial Palace. I loved the Dealertainers.

cheap and kinda dumpy. This place is good for bachelor parties where you don't care where you stay and you'd like to be frugal.
