AC is much better. The staff act like they don't care if you are there or not. The host seemed arrogant and does not seem to care to much about you if you are not losing 1000's. Just turned off by the staff being so...More

Still a beautiful property, but not the high class experience we used to experience. The free drinks offered are terrible, LINQ, Harrahs and Flamingo do a better job. Your staff do not understand the difference between Bourbon and Whisky, really? Sorry but no class. Compared...More

Have issues with parking fees. I don't understand when you spend $330 at a restaurant for dinner why they won't even comp your parking. We also had issues with how slow the service is at the rewards center.

Cashier line is always long and slow. Really odd. All others on the strip were immediate. Otherwise, very nice place to play.

location is great. Customer service is going downhill. The dealers were great. Did spend more time at other locations. There is not a reasonable place for friends to meet and have a drink without costing an arm and a leg.

This place had very rude employees. Trying to get a drink or playing video poker in the bar was way to inconvenient for the staff. The bartenders were rude and seemed annoyed if you wanted anything. Way too many other great places to go in...More

I've planned the trip a month ahead. As a member of TR. I thought it would be a great visit for my first time at this place, but how disappointed I was. The first moment when I walked in, I didn't feel any welcoming at...More

@Adam Miller The smoke on the casino floor is unbearable. It was so irritating that many people, including myself, had to move around every couple of minutes. Travesties: -Having a Keurig machinr and charging $28 for the pods -Location of self parking and daily $15...More
