- MoscowFlyer25Nottingham, United Kingdom47 contributionsTable Games - Ivy the Star of the showWe had another great time at The Bellagio on the tables every morning… Having read the table reviews I was surprised but I couldn’t fault the staff of this place. From Sidney down to Tida, Ruby and Terry they were very attentive and was always our go to. However the star of the show was Ivy, a pleasure to have met and we left as friends, but felt like family. Apologies for being loud at 8am on the roulette table… In terms of getting a drink, Wanda and Marissa were always at hand. Thanks all again, see you next year GarethVisited November 2023Traveled with friendsWritten November 15, 2023

- Have Camera, Will TravelSouth Bend, Indiana3,714 contributionsLively, beautiful place. The casino area is gorgeous. You get a good amount of people walking around dressed up, as opposed to the standard Midwest tourist (like me). I actually won a little. The whole property is beautiful, so wandering out of the casino area for a break, or to rethink your life, is pleasant. Good luck!Visited April 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten June 3, 2024

There are a good variety of the latest slots and I did fairly well on them. Unfortunately, they allow cigarette and cigar smoking. People are milking that and are not wearing their masks most of the time because they get a free pass to smoke! The air quality was only fair. The casino was somewhat crowded the 5 days that we stayed at the resort.
There was a glitch with the slot machines computer that may have affected up to 1/3 of the slot machines in the casino. You couldn't cash out. If you were owed a nickel it would display a hand pay of a nickel. We were waiting 45-60 minutes to be paid in cash. The casino was understaffed to handle the situation and the slot attendants were frazzled. I think as good PR, they should have at least tried to smile and apologize for the major inconvenience. They did round up the change of your payout so I got an extra 50 cents!
One of our best experiences at the casino was our encounter with Matt, the "new" cashier from Iowa. He was so friendly and helpful. I hope management appreciates him!

I come here every year and spend 20000+ at their sportsbooks. This year after winning big the first weekend of football playoffs I decided to try their 3:2 blackjack table. As soon as I sat down the manger comes over and changes the table for 25$ minimum to 50$. Then after loosing 4 hands in a row and attempting to buy in again she gives me my chips and raises the table betting minimum yet again! Angry I grabbed my chips and left. As I grabbed my chips to leave the manager makes a racist joke and starts laughing assuming I can’t hear it because she doesn’t speak English. The worst part is after I left it went back to 25$ minimum.... never have I ever felt so targeted for being the race I am. Not only will I be pursuing legal action but I will charge back every $ I spent B at mgm resorts. Nothing feels better knowing I cleaned out their sports book of 30k and got 1k refunded from AMEX.

We stayed at the Bellagio, so we spent plenty of time in and walking through the casino. It did not seem that anyone betting minimum or lower amounts did very well. Most people we saw winning were betting five cents or at least three time the minimum. Very clean though, and most servers were nice, only one EXTREMELY RUDE woman. Not to me, but to some poor unfortunate man next to me.

Played the slots on both Sunday afternoon and then after dinner and a show. Minimum 30 minute wait for waitress service and both times had to both find a waitress and then actually change location (and so machine) to make sure we got another drink. Terrible unfriendly service. We travel often and this was our first time at the Bellagio. Would not recoomend compared to every other hotel and its casino we have visitied at this end of the strip

The casino has changed with the times as there are very few .25 cent or .50 cent slots. Seems like the trend is penny, dollar and up. There are no $5 card tables that I noticed which forced me to seek other casino's on the strip for gambling. Nice atmosphere however.

Oh no Belligio! Wow... Service has totally fallen off at Belligio. So sad! They used to have such high standards and now service is a thing of the past at Belligio. Management covering for staff or monopolizing staff's time so they cannot service the guests. We were in the casino at 5am and asked a cocktail waitress for a beverage. She blew us off and said she would be back. She then walked by us and never stopped. I reached out to a manger walking by (again remember this is 5am and the casino is pretty empty). He made an excuse for her and said she was covering the whole casino. We moved to a new location and saw other cocktail waitresses so she was not covering the whole area. Another cocktail waitress was stopped by a manager and they flirted for about 10 minutes and she never stopped by to provide us service. I didn't realize it was so hard to get a cup of coffee! So horrible! My sister had problems with her room and they would not even move her to a different room. I just can't believe that MGM would allow this behavior by staff and management.

Top Notch service in All Areas!!! This question is a no brainer for a person who has been going to Las Vegas for the last 30 years. Nothing like the Bellagio exists or will ever. People respect that we are the Life's Blood of the business. Was treated with love and respect. The loosest slots that I have found of all the properties. Bigger payouts.

Every staff person tells me something different. They refuse to honor the m life rewards perks. Spending 50k means nothing to them if you aren’t willing to spend $100 on slots. No respect for all the money and people I’ve brought to this hotel

Where do I begin, well first off the hotel is beautiful and is the only place I stay. But this review is not about the hotel, it’s about a certain dealer I had. His name Paulus L on the tables. Man was I having fun with this guy. I had meet up with a friend who had never played table games. Took him to him to a table where I meet Paulus, he helped out my friend understand the game which was awesome. He (Paulus) made it feel like if he wasn’t a dealer, like he was one us a gambler trying to have a good night out with his buds and I loved that. Made the mood on the table great.

We LOVE to play Roulette and the dealer running the game makes SUCH a difference in the experience. Anthony at Bellagio was the most fun, energetic, and enjoyable dealer we have ever played with. He has the best attitude and is genuinely enjoyable to be around. If you're in Vegas I highly recommend visiting the Bellagio roulette tables and looking for Anthony! Truly the most fun experience - even when losing money! Ha!

How much do you tip the waitresses at the casino who serve complimentary drinks?
Written February 21, 2024
$5 a go
Some give $1 a drink but if you give $5 they come back quicker...

Am going to Vegas next week for 4 days. Can you get your meals comped at the craps table if you're just a regular gambler, not a high roller? Will they comp you from the table or do you have to go to the casino host? It's been 25 years since I've been to Vegas and don't know if they comp like the ones in Tunica MS do.

You would have to gain points for comps by playing table or slots

This casino is very accommodating. Corporate activities can get special requests, but individuals not so much. They have manager in each section, hotel, shops, casino, buffet, etc. and if something special is needed talk to the boss. To see what special deal are on I'd try your hotel activities folks. They often have passes for shows or one of the restaurants. It also helps if you buy a players card - you'll get special treatment and won't have to stand in llines.

Im planning to visit this hotel but im reading you have to pay a resort fee daily? plus a deposit per night? And how much are this fees?!
Written December 7, 2017
El resort fee se paga en casi todos los hoteles de La Vegas. Entiendo que en algunos casos está incluido en el precio y en otros casos se paga aparte.

Most nice hotels casino will offer free drinks as long as you are playing a slot machine or at the blackjack table. Tips are appreciated by the servers, and they will come back several times and ask if you want another drink.

I am staying at Stratosphere but would like to Visit Bellagio fountain and Casino. I have kids with me..Do they have a place where kids would stay for a couple of hours
Written September 30, 2016
Las Vegas casinos are typically not very child friendly. Bellagio is an adult casino. There are a few attractions that are rated for children like the fountains and conservatory, but there are no daycare facilities on site. If you have a room here you can request private child care in your suite for a premium.
