Take my advice, simply move on to another spa. They have zero customer service and are extremely demanding. They required 45 minutes of my time to book a 50 min massage!! The credit card form repeats the same info they take over the phone and then they take it a third time when YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT A WORD DOCUMENT and sign it to authorize the credit card. This is all for guests STAYING at the Venetian. They are unhelpful, I asked her to use the info I have already provided and she wouldn't. I signed the PDF page and sent her the word doc and she "as a courtesy to me" ALLOWED the two documents. It's literally a joke. They don't care about you so move on from this overpriced jerk festival. You won't be relaxed if you deal with them and all the surprise charges...an extra 3% for "all the staff who work at the spa" isn't included in the price, or noted until the end.

So I have to start by mentioning that the spa is really over in the Palazzo because when I walked from the Venetian, I felt like I was walking down a never ending hallway. But once I got there is was a great experience, I was checked in and shown into the spa. There I was handed off to another employee who gave me sandals and took me back to the women’s changing area. I was given a whole tour and then left to change. I opted to just change and wait instead of using any of the other spa services that were available. My masseuse, Lisa, was friendly and perfectly professional. She gave me a great massage and was happy to change from oil to lotion. As I was leaving that day, I decided to not use the other spa services just go back to my room to pack. As I was utilizing the A New Day deal, I was given a voucher for coffee and a muffin for Creat. That was super nice as my massage was super early this was nice. So keep an eye on deals.

Canyon Ranch Fitness area [large section with climbing wall] was more like a full service gym than a "hotel gym." They have all of the equipment you'd find in a CF box, conventional gym equipment that you'd find in a chain gym, and more than enough cardio equipment to scratch any fitness itch...they do have a rock wall for goodness sake...but the real WOW factor for Canyon Ranch for me is Erica. She brought her hospitality from her home island of Oahu in the State of Hawaii and she was incredibly knowledgable as I struggled to release back muscles that were spasming and locking up.

I really enjoyed my time and services at Canyon Ranch. I’ve been here a few times when I come to Vegas. First, their staff is excellent! Very attentive and professional. The spa itself is amazing. Be sure to go to your appointment in the spa well in advance of your appointment to get a tour. I loved that you have access for the day; so you can hang out or leave and do the strip and come back. Each time I’ve gone to the spa, I had couples massage services. In the spa, it was nice but there are not lots of options to hang out with your opposite sex partner, as the spa is not really set up for that. My boyfriend and I mostly enjoyed getting an in-room massage. This is an option when staying at the Venetian and Palazzo. My last thing to share is take a look at their website before you book your service. They offer great deals and packages. At my last visit I was able to get 30% off the massage for both my boyfriend and I and tried their fall package which included a few services for us to try out. It was amazing! Overall, I love Canyon Ranch and will return again when I am in Vegas!
