Fairly good Spa Facilities - Needs an Update

Regular and loyal customer of Spa Mandalay, but not for much longer. Steam room non operational for 60% of the time, several showers faulty (some have been faulty for over a year), spa pools had varying temperatures throughout stay and weren't working at some stage. On one day there was no sauna, no steam, and 2 of the 4 pools... More

The spa itself is ok, the steam room is large, L shaped and needs some TLC to update along with the locker room which still uses keys instead of combo codes - so you are forced to carry a key with you everywhere. Robes are nice, the men's grooming area, showers etc are clean, well tended. The main pool is... More

Been many times over the last 10 years. Most times can fit me in with little notice. Beauty spa, Smells good when entering front desk. Booked me in and then escorted to spa area. (Woman's are only) Given locker key and sandals. In this area there are loungers, water, juice, tea and fruit. Help yourself to all😀 Get locker with... More

Took my teenage daughter for her first spa day and wanted to get 80 minute massage/hair treatment that you could book separately, but they would not let us book it together because we would be in the same room and could only do a 50 or 100 minute massage!?What?? So they left money on the table that they could have... More

I had a massage here with Adam, who provided one of the best massages I have had in recent memory. The facility is quite nice, and offers complimentary refreshments before and after the massage, plus television viewing, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. If you have a Mandalay VIP pin, you even have free access to the facilities.

Friendly staff. Great products. Loved the plunge pool / warm baths area. The massage was a typical hotel massage though - don't look for an intuitive touch or attention to problem areas. Nice pedicure, but only one coat of polish. Overall it was worth the expense. I'd go back and probably get a wrap or a facial and skip the... More

Glad to see a clean spa from the entrance. Greeted by friendly staff member, checked in quickly, had mad prior reservations for massages, which included the spa fee. Looks a little "retro" but would not call it dated. Very nice set up with lockers, expansive bathroom/shower area. It was nice to be there with just a handful of other people,... More

My husband called to be sweet and booked me an aromatherapy massage and a cocoa butter wrap. He surprised me with this treat once we got to Vegas. I went in and had both of these treatments done. At the end they provided me with the bill which was for over $320! I was shocked as this is a pricy... More

I just bought a day pass for $25 and didn't get any special massage or treatment. I also didn't see the exercise room which is in the back till the last minute and I was all tired from the steam room. After you pay the $25 you are led to the men's locker room. When you walk through the men's... More
