I brought mom in for a facial (she has moderate Alzheimer's and limited mobility) and she was very relaxed and happy. She felt very comfortable with Sandy, who was very careful and watchful with her (so I could get a 50 minute workout in without worrying about mom.) I would have given this 5 stars had the people at the... More

The spa offered a day pass for $40 since we were hotel guests. This included all amenities except any of the separate treatments such as a pedicure or massage. They offer 3 different temperature whirlpools, an outdoor therapy pool, a sauna, eucalyptus steam room, a salt room and heated stone beds. There is also a quiet room with drinks and... More

1st let me say we have been visiting this spa for over 10 years, and at min go 3 times a year. As for the norm, we book well in advance, in this case over 1 month. Booked 4 for facials at 4:00 pm. When we arrived, we were advised that one of our party had been pushed back by... More

My wife an I (late 30's) are frequent couple's massage and suite users. We have visited many first class establishments Ritz, Sutton Place etc. and I'm shocked to say that the spa suites at Aria are absolutely incomparable. Our only negative (seriously) is that we think this experience was so incredible that we will be disappointed at every other spa... More

We were staying at Aria to celebrate our Honeymoon, and had gotten a couples massage. We arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled massage time, and stood in line where we were ignored! Not even any eye contact. Christyna (the staff member) was helping a guest in front of us, find her missing/lost treatment reservations, and did not acknowledge us at... More

We saw all the great reviews and pictures online. It was beautiful when we arrived, just like the pictures. The locker rooms were really nice as well. But the front desk girl was very blah and the massage therapists (Couples massage) were not friendly and seemed annoyed with our requests. Maybe the spa is great but we just had bad... More

On our last day in Vegas, we checked out of the Aria and decided to spend some time at the spa before leaving to catch our flight. We purchased a day pass at the spa which provides you use of the water therapies and couples areas. After the long nights in vegas, this was the perfect way to relax and... More

My wife, mother (celebrating her 90th birthday) and I all splurged on spa experiences during our stay at the Aria. We went on a Wednesday (11 AM) as we were told that this was a less-crowded day & time frame. This proved to be true, as we all were easily taken care of and never made to feel rushed. Both... More

My husband and I visit Vegas 3-4 times a year and always stay at ARIA. We usually visit the ARIA Spa at least once each trip (more often in the winter months when it's colder outside and not really "pool weather"). We've probably been to the ARIA Spa 14-18 times since we've began staying at ARIA. The place is outstanding,... More

I highly recommend the Spa at Aria. I'm not a big spa person but I wouldn't miss a trip there on any Vegas visit. Susan S is by far the best masseuse. Always ask for her when setting a reservation. Even if you do just do a day pass it is worth it. We like to fly the red eye... More
