Small but awesome Spa. I reserved the 5th rating, simply because of size... The attendants were awesome and anticipated needs I didn't know I even had! Pillow while you lay back in the hot tub chairs? Eucalyptus while you enjoy the steam room... Way to go MO staff!

Atmosphere and service were really nice, however, soundtrack must be changed (especially in facial treatment rooms). Therapists need to provide more in depth information to clients and not just surfaced descriptions, the same applies to the lady who works at the boutique . They have great products but they cannot market it properly.

WOW! I just wish I didn't have to travel to Vegas to get kind of SPA experience. It's really second to none and the entire experience is phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The facilities are outstanding, clean and modern. I cannot wait to return.

Full disclosure I'm a man. Whenever I go on a vacation without the kids a Spa trip is a must. My wife and I usually get a couples massage and then spend the entire day at the spa. This most recent trip I just did the day pass while my wife got a facial and a massage. The only other... More

You never lose staying at an Mandarin Oriental and the spa is no exception. It is as perhaps the best manicure I've ever had. Relaxing and well done. The facilities are exception. Truly live up to the standards of the Mandarin. If I had to pick a spa in Las Vegas the Mandarin would be to of my list.

Was staying at the Mandarin Oriental so we immediately booked a service at the world renowned spa. The place is beautiful and great customer service. But we were with friends and obviously got my husband and the other man mixed up and sent them to the wrong waiting areas. The technicians and I waited 15 minutes and finally they sent... More

I paid $100 to use the Spa Amenities at the Mandarin Oriental. For the price, i was expecting a quality atmosphere and customer service, but I didn't feel that i got either. Honestly, the workers felt like they were still in "training mode," and did not understand timing nor asked us enough questions to tailor the experience to the individual.... More

This spa is worth the money. If you arrive before your appointment you have access to their spa amenities (vitality pool, sauna, steam room). My masseuse was wonderful, she knew what she was doing, she was attentive and the whole experience was just wonderful.
