Omg!! My wife and I had an amazing time on this Grand Canyon Tour through Canyon Tours from beginning to end. The tour guide, Dywan, was wonderful, pleasant and so knowledgeable in sharing the information about the Canyon as well as all the other sites we saw (Route 66, Hoover Dam, Boulder) in route to the Canyon. We were able to take pics as he stopped to allow for that. We would most certainly recommend Canyon Tours, Grey Line Bus Tours and this guide, if possible, for visiting the Grand Canyons!!!👍🏽Thx.

Rene gave us a fabulous tour and unforgettable sunset trip to the canyon. We enjoyed learning history and fun facts along the way. Well worth the time! We saw things that we would not found on our own.

Awesome views of grand canyon. But if you rented a car drive yourself there you can do the same experience. You get there and book the tour at the entrance. Save yourself the needlessly long Grey hound tour with etra stops and having to wait for other tourist who don't know how to listen to instructions.

Where to start: my husband and I did this exact tour a few years ago. We took our daughter for the experience this time. The bus was overbooked so the driver asked the last party to get off the bus since no one offered to go to the south rim and Hoover Dam the next day. We left about 30 minutes late due to that. Our drive stated that since some recent happenings he needed time and was not going to talk for a while. Now I am comparing but my goodness the lady we had before was wonderful. I had expected the same and was disappointed. She told us so many stories of flash floods, showed us long horned sheep, took us over the Hoover dam. We got nothing except a few facts about the Hoover dam, crossing into a different state etc. maybe he was having a bad day because of asking the last party to leave but not the same! I will say that the Grand Canyon didn’t disappoint!

Our tour guide, Derrick was great! No complaints about him. My complaint and all the other people on our bus was this. The tour stated (Luxury bus with TVs, Bathrooms, and plugs). As we waited at our hotel for pick up, many of these Luxury busses pulled up and collected people for their tours. Then this dumpy and stumpy little bus pulls up and it was ours. Not anywhere near Luxury, no bathrooms, no TVs, no plugs, no wifi, no anything. It wasn't even a bus with a large front window that you could view out of. I had a front seat so I just had to stare at plastic the whole way (no view of Hoover D due to this). I don't know why we got this bus but there was no apology, no email, no explanation which makes me think it is false advertising to get people to pick their tours. Had they at lease had the decency to email saying that the bus had issues, or was out of service, or whatever, maybe I wouldn't have been so disappointed and feel like they are purposely misleading. I picked a bus that stated bathrooms because I am 6 months pregnant and that was needed, but o well.
