I had a fabulous experience at the spa. The customer service was top notch and the therapist was very professional and delivered a high-quality treatment (hand foot scalp). The interior is just stunning and I was so impressed with all the little details. I spent about five hours there and enjoyed the water features, steam and sauna rooms, the numerous relaxation rooms and the complimentary snacks and tea/coffee. Highly recommend!!

Check in was super quick through the kiosk. My room was ready by the time I arrived from the airport which was great. I was in a panoramic room with a view of the Resorts World hotel and golf course.

This was a staycation so I treated myself with a spa day and lots of in-room dining. Theresa is one of the spa managers and she was so attentive and awesome to chat with! Selina was my massage therapist and I recommend her 100% as it was my first time and she made me feel comfortable and adjusted pressure accordingly.

I would come back again for more spa days and I recommend booking through Amex FHR or with a Virtuoso travel advisor like myself to unlock extra benefits like room upgrades and spa credits. I felt so rejuvenated after my stay at the Encore.

The best spa I’ve visited so far!! The Spa at Encore is the definition of luxury...you don’t even remotely feel like you are in a casino from the moment you walk in. All the staff is very helpful, friendly and respectful. The decor and multiple rooms (between sitting rooms, treatment rooms, saunas, etc) take you away from all the chaos of Vegas and into a truly relaxed environment. The massage I had was top notch, effective and peaceful. I would recommend going early so you can truly enjoy all of the amenities that are included.
I would highly recommend The Spa at Encore to anyone and everyone...can’t wait to go back again one day!

I paid for a 90 minute deep tissue that was very well done. I have to say it was a splurge though, as the same level of quality and service can be had in the North Seattle area for 1/3 the price. The environment was not of my particular style but was very clean, and quiet.

Spent forever narrowing down spa options for a group of ladies. Decided on this place based on reviews, images and proximity to where we were staying. The checkin was warm and friendly. The spa amenities were wonderful (changing area, showers, restroom, pools, snacks, etc.) Everyone was impressed. I got the hand, foot and scalp renewal. The services are expensive, but in line with everything in Vegas/along the strip. They were able to accommodate our group of 5 at the times we requested. I would absolutely come again....no need to try anywhere else. (I chose this over the sister spa "Wynn" as was told this was a little bigger.)

I spent 5 hours at the spa, 1 of those napping on the heated lounger in the wet area. The spaces are comfortable and the spa is easy to navigate. The service was great and my massage was amazing. The cold plunge pools are so refreshing and wake you up before you leave. The wet area with the pools/Jacuzzis is a bit dated and the tile could use some refreshing but it kind of just adds to the ancient feel of the decor. There are plenty of spaces and loungers for relaxing and the snacks and beverages are plentiful. I will definitely return.

great looking spa. Attendants very nice. steam is hot, waterfall shower a nice touch, plenty of waters and towels. Heated lounge chairs are clever. A little more food out would be nice. Treatments pricey, but found them great. Outstanding spa - has to better one in town. Book ahead of time.

The ambience of the entrance of the spa and the women’s changing space is gorgeous. The plunge pools and waiting area immediately placed you in a relaxing mode. Laura Lee was my massage therapist and she was very experienced and communicated the experience for me. Also letting me know about the spa and kindly chatting about life. Thank you for an amazing massage easing all my stress! Will be back and requesting you!

Went to the spa and was really surprised at how lax the attitude is here. The towels were left all over the place in the Jacuzzi area and spilling over in bins! The showers were a lot to be desired. Hair on shower wall , dirty wash cloth left in stall. I'm not sure why but totally unacceptable for a five star hotel. This is very concerning in our current state of affairs. We've been coming here for many years.

I've been lucky enough to have visited every major spa in Vegas, and I must admit that the Encore spa is by far the most disappointing. Although it is likely the prettiest spa in the city, nice decor does not make up for terrible service.

Firstly, the receptionist was very snooty. I think she was attempting to be classy, but came off as awkward and rude instead. FYI - if you don't charge to your room, they want payment up front. But gratuity is not added - you have to do that at check out.

Second, the spa attendant never gave me a tour, she just left me at my locker to fend for myself. I got lost more than once. Now I was nearly alone in the place, but there were towels left all over. Perhaps they were short staffed on the day of my visit.

Again, the facility is indeed lovely, complete with 2 cold plunges, plenty of over-sized showers, and the steamroom/sauna standards found at other larger properties.

I was scheduled for an 80 min massage. My therapist seemed nice enough, but the massage lacked rhythm, continuity, and focus. Really it was a mess. However, I really wasn't in the mood to criticize, so I let it go. But that's not the worse part. When my massage was over I returned to the wet area to relax. After a few minutes I looked up at the clock - it was 4:10pm. My 80 min massage began at 3pm. Not cool.

I figured I'd mention my experience at check out, but the snooty receptionist was staring me down like she was looking for a fight. I left a %20 tip - preferring to buy my way out of a confrontation. You'd think I left dirt as a tip with the glare the receptionist gave me.

Whatever. This is why Tripadvisor exists.

I expected so much better from the Wynn. And based on this experience, I will avoid these properties in the future.

The Mandarin Oriental, Aria, MGM, Caesars, heck even Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock all have superior spas to the Encore.
