I went to the spa shop here. Nicely decorated, great service, decent selection of products. It deserves to have more of an online presence--it's not just something you walk past on your way out of the spa.

Went to the spa and was really surprised at how lax the attitude is here. The towels were left all over the place in the Jacuzzi area and spilling over in bins! The showers were a lot to be desired. Hair on shower wall , dirty wash cloth left in stall. I'm not sure why but totally unacceptable for a five star hotel. This is very concerning in our current state of affairs. We've been coming here for many years.…

I paid for a 90 minute deep tissue that was very well done. I have to say it was a splurge though, as the same level of quality and service can be had in the North Seattle area for 1/3 the price. The environment was not of my particular style but was very clean, and quiet.

Took my daughter here for her 21st birthday and we each got a 50 minute custom massage. Make sure to get there 30 minutes early for the tour and to change into the robe and slippers that they provide. As you exit the elevator and enter the spa, you are greeted with amazing scents and luxurious sights. It's quiet, refined, and relaxing. You are treated like a queen! After our excellent massage, we relaxed on the heated ceramic chaise lounges by the pool area. We actually fell asleep and were there for almost an hour! They also provide, water, tea, and snacks. We were not staying at the Encore but I wish we were so we could enjoy the come-and-go access until 8pm. Two massages with 20% gratuity cost $450 but I would definitely say the experience was worth it (I'd rather have a spa day than gamble my money in the casino)! Thank you for your attention to detail and making our day so special! Final note: PLEASE LEAVE CELL PHONES IN THE LOCKERS PROVIDED! Although there are signs posted everywhere that electronic devices are not allowed, we saw MANY ladies on their cell phones while waiting for their therapist. Thankfully, staff came around and told each women to put their phones away (I do not want to hear your "whooshes" and "dings" from texts and emails when I'm trying to relax and enjoy this experience).…
