I did the tour 2 weeks ago and was double charged. I have emailed raising the issue and still have not been contacted back yet. Would appreciate if someone could respond on this.

Imagine doing a puzzle with a toddler. They say "help me" but really they still want to be in charge and tell you exactly what to do. That's what this is like. You're more of an observer at a boring show than a participant. Skip it.

We bought the Go Vegas All-Inclusive pass (which I highly recommened as you can do a ton of things for less money if you plan well) and this was included. Overall it was a fun experience but not what I had originally thought. I probably would have been disappointed if I had paid for this separately. You get a tablet and have to solve a case based on the clues. It was fun! It was difficult to find in the MGM you have to go to thw underground part.

We thought the exhibit was too computer heavy.... we should have asked for the crime scene that was a crime scene you could actually see in front of you.

It was ok, not at all what I expected especially for Las Vegas. Old props, so much background noise, no time to look around, so scattered. I mean you are in Vegas! There are naked bodies on the street! I thought autopsy or blood put on gloves not an ipad and reading a few clues on the thing for 70$

Hi Jessica, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with us. It's unacceptable and not at all to our standards. We will work very hard to ensure that no customer leaves our place having this type of experience in the near future.
