I would definitely recommend Chapel of the Flowers for anyone wanting to renew your wedding vows with a small crowd. Not sure I would want to do it as my actual wedding unless that is your "thing".
The actual day went well, picked up for beautician appointment, then to the Chapel in a limo, and was a special day with our two children. The staff onsite were great and the photographer Paul was fabulous.
A couple of negatives was the communication beforehand. As someone who likes to be planned and organised, the sheer volume of weddings they do and the low staffing numbers make it difficult to communicate with the planners and the one you get on the day (who was great) aren't necessarily the one you would be speaking to in the lead up. If it were my actual wedding, the very slow communication would be a sticking point for me and a make or break.
The other negative would be the photo packages. It would be nice for the prices to be upfront, so you can make decisions on what packages to get. Being international, the conversion rates made the packages unaffordable. And it feels a bit like scare tactics when you go to view the images that you don't own the right to your own image.
Overall the experience though was amazing.

That you and your family felt like it was a very special day as you went to your beautician appointment and arrived to the chapel in one of our limousines. Also happy to here that your day of staff was well informed and took great care of you and your loved ones. To touch on the things that you saw room for improvement. We take all reviews seriously, and have submitted your feedback to our management to better serve our couples in the future. We are sorry to hear there might have been some delay in communication between you and your personal planner leading up to your vow renewal. We strive to make sure our couples are supported and held throughout the whole process, and are hiring new planner as we speak to help meet the demand. Also sorry to hear if there was any miscommunication when it came to photo packages, and what that would look like for you and your family--so that you could have been better prepared to purchase the rights to your photos. And definitely don't want you to feel fearful whether you decide to purchase the rights or not. We are training new hires to keep up with demand and we will make sure to speak this to our Gallery manager. So she knows to address this when training our new Gallery Reps. We do compare our photo packages at comparable wedding venues and photographers in the Las Vegas area to make sure our offerings and prices stay competitive. SEE END OF REVIEW FOR IMPORTANT INFO! **

My Fiance and I chose the chapel of the flowers after browsing online for a while; the charming website, beautiful venue options and special pricing were alluring aspects that all aided in our decision to choose them. Contact with staff prior to our ceremony was minimal as it was just the two of us and our situation was rather uncomplicated in terms of coordination. Upon arrival for the ceremony, our limo driver was courteous and staff was there to help us our of the limo and get my dress un-bustled/ prepped for the ceremony. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, smiling, congradulatory and they guided us through what to expect. The Mongolia venue was absolutely gorgeous, and we felt like it was exactly what we were hoping for! The ceremony went flawlessly, and the minister was both professional yet warm; he felt like a long time friend with his affable demeanor. Photographers were also friendly and great at directing us where to look and how to pose for photos. It was overall a magical experience!

My only complaint with this venue, and it makes me feel sad to type this because I did truly enjoy the experience, was our photo experience after. I was extremely disappointed when we showed up to our photo package. The young lady who helped us was surface level friendly, but does not have that customer service element that you truly need to be in this industry. She wasn't interested in engaging us and I could tell she was bothered by my questions about the photo packages and didn't want to deal with me. The amount of money the photo area of the chapel asks for the rights to 150 digital photos from a 10 minute ceremony is absolutely disgusting highway robbery and I believe it's unethical to charge what they charge. They dangle the photos in front of you and then ask for an exorbitant amount of money, not offering lesser packages to offer any type of satisfaction there. I am aware of wedding photography prices, and for what they covered in the short amount of time we were there, this is incredibly disappointing. I think this aspect should be overhauled as it turned me off completely and entirely changed my thoughts of the venue. The greed involved truly did alter my mood for the afternoon after being asked for $700 for a 10 minute photo taking session. We had a 2 hour photo shoot with an amazing photographer from a company after our wedding out on the strip. They were far more experienced, and I have to tell you almost $250 cheaper for a full photo experience. That is reasonable; this chapels options aren't. I hope the establishment takes this into consideration, offering couples other options capturing that part of their special day.

From the advisor and coordinator to the Minister, the people here are amazing. Calmed the nerves before our wedding. And had everything planned out before arriving in Las Vegas. When returning to get the photos ( only 1 day later) the staff was all very cheerful and helpful. I can not say how much I appreciate all of the people involved, from start to finish. The Glass Garden chapel was the most beautiful place I had found in my search for chapels, and can hold a large crowd.

I managed to make several calls to be able to coordinate the pick-up of the bride by myself for makeup and hair, call again to coordinate the pick-up at the hotel, call again to confirm the restaurant, and pick up the limousine after the ceremony….
The limousine had a broken air conditioner and the ambient temperature was 90 , we arrived at the ceremony sweaty and the bride with her hair messed up, the photographer had no posing courtesy, she acted like paparazzi, the wedding planner never showed up,
The ministry approached us and his first sentence was “they told you that I charge $70.00 for the ceremony, you can pay with cash, credit card, or wire transfer”.
Near the end of the ceremony the cameraman video arrived and was able to record 1min 25sec, which was then sent via wetransfer to me in an edited video with images of the Chapel and the fleet of limousines and everything they found to fill in.
At the end of the ceremony, they took us to an office where the ministry appeared again with the credit card reader ready and asked for the form of payment and optional additional tips.
Then we were taken to another office to give us the documents and 3 envelopes to put the tips.
we waited 25 minutes for the limousine to take us to the hotel, !!! Surprise !! the same limousine, the air conditioning still broken, 2 blocks them after leaving the place, the engine turned off in, they call another limousine to pick us up which took more than 20 minutes,again temperature of 90 .

We attended a wedding at this location. It was 117* so the location created a tent to wait in. There is very little space inside to wait prior to the wedding. There are so many weddings back to back that you are ushered out of the building quickly so the next wedding can happen. We had family members that tried to watch via an internet link but it did not work very well. Due to the heat, we were sent to a tent outside with a fan. Nice thought but not very comfortable.

Booked and paid for the full wedding including reception, emailed over three weeks ago to request a cancellation and full refund due to COVID-19 and well within my contracted term.
I have emailed multi times with the standard response it is being refunded.
But yet I still wait. No manager will call or email even though I ask multi times.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this service is becoming disappointing to say the least.
Hoping someone at the chapel reads this and actually refund my money!

Pros:
- We had a good experience on the day of our simple wedding here.

Cons:
- The whole thing with the photos was confusing and felt like a car dealership upsell; left a bad taste in my mouth. Due to some communication issues and unclear emails, it took 6 months to actually get our basic photos. They clearly want to sell you their very expensive photo packages, and if your needs are simpler, they have nothing for you. You don't even get the image files or un-watermarked files for the few photos that you choose.

Do not book here unless you are 100% sure a pandemic wont happen and you'll need to cancel. I am STILL trying to get my refund from 2020. I live in Canada and there is no way I could have attended my wedding. This is completely unacceptable and distasteful as a business !! I had been emailing my Coordinator and getting responses that it takes time, blah blah, were doing more refunds then usual. Then she just stops replying and eventually I find out she doesn't even work there anymore. A year and a half later since I made the payment still waiting! All I get is them saying they will look into it and not helping me at all. If you are smart you would book elsewhere. I have given them plenty of time to refund me now I am just pissed off.

Me and my husband got married here in October 2018 (yes yes I know, very late to be leaving a review!)

We were incredibly touched by how personal the service was. From the minute we booked we were assigned Ashley to be our day planner. Her professionalism and help went above and beyond our expectations so thank you Ashley.

Our wedding was extremely well organised on the day, great limo service which was on time and a very friendly driver.

Our minister Rob could not have conducted a more perfect ceremony. It was everything we could have wished for and we will never forget it.

My only gripe and this for me is what spoiled it somewhat is the photos. Now on the day our photographer was great by making sure she got enough pictures. She kept assuring us she wasn't checking the photos over to make sure nobody was blinking etc.

We went to view our photos the next say and could not have been more disappointed! In almost every photo someone is blinking and the photos were seriously unflattering. I only like about 2 pictures from my wedding day (thank God for the video because that saved it!) and the price was absolutely outrageous. We did have to complain and got our pictures heavily discounted. In all honesty I would have been happy to have not bothered purchasing any photos at all.

If the photos did the wedding justice we would have been 100% happy. I get it, the photos cost a lot for a reason and if they looked nice I'd have been happy to pay full price.

We also definitely weren't shown all the pictures taken on the day. We were missing some that we'd taken outside the chapel and that was also disappointing!

Either way I would definitely recommend this chapel - just maybe get another photographer for after!

The chapel of the flowers really is fabulous, although they do lots of weddings, they certainly made ours feel very personal. From me pulling up in the limousine ( which was immaculate by the way with the driver totally putting me at ease) to us having the ‘first look’ experience and then us exchanging vows.
You do have to tip separately for things eg photographers And minister but you are advised about this when you book your wedding. I would recommend putting this in separate envelopes to simply pass over.
We are thrilled we chose to get married here it was romantic and personal and just what we wanted.
Simply can’t recommend enough.
