Easily the most well stocked humidor in this city, and it's kept just right. reasonably priced and the people who work there are helpful but not pushy. I'm a Vegas resident for 27 years. This is my new cigar joint. I highly recommend.

So , I went into the store today to purchase cigars for my son as part of his Christmas presents . The store looks nice and they have a lounge when you first walk in . A lady asked to assist me and when I told her what I was looking for she said she was new and had to ask someone if they carried them . A young Asian man was helping two guys and she asked him . Well , he giggled and smiled and said no . Not very professional , especially in front of two other customers !
This place is called a Cigar Warehouse , not Fancy Cigar Warehouse , so I figured not everything would be high end . I was pissed and started to leave and an older gentleman asked to help me and said he could show me something like I was looking for , but by then I was out the door .
I work at a 5 Diamond Hotel as a Bellman and I am asked for references about places all the time . Do you think I would send one of my guest to this place . Lots of guys doing bachelor parties and Superbowl parties ask me for places to go . I would not send them here after being disrespected by your employee .
I went to another place a few blocks away and they had what I was looking for and several to chose from . I bought a whole box .

I visited the Cigar Warehouse in October 2019. I really loved it: They had a huge selection of cigars, prices were reasonable, staff was friendly and helpful, and it is located near the strip. I highly recommend this shop.

I decided to visit Cigar Warehouse because they were highly rated locally. They have a large selection of cigars and a friendly and helpful staff. I was able to find everything that I was looking for during my visit.

They are extremely friendly, helpful and know a lot about their stuff! I got a very nice set of great cigars and prices are good. Recommended, will visit again if ever in town!

A great place with a great selection and decent prices just off the strip. Awesome service! Special thanks to Roy (please adopt me) and especially to Monique for your expert guidance and advice. Having a pretty young lady tell you that this is her favourite cigar from this brand or that this is her favourite with a cup of coffee, well that’s just hot lol. Thank you sweetie. I’m very much enjoying the cigars we selected.

We were in Las Vegas over the weekend and I needed to refill my humidor, so I went back to the Cigar Warehouse, which is simple to find, make a left on Arville as you approach The Orleans hotel and casino,go one block down on the left, you are there. Dont let the exterior fool you. Roy and his staff are fantastic, his walk in humidor is amazing, and if you have any questions, or need help finding a specific cigar, they will be glad to help you....Oh, did I mention the very fair prices, not only on the cigars, but any accessories you might need. If they haven't been voted the best Cigar shop in Las Vegas, they ought to be....stop in and see for your self. My only complaint is that they are not in Southern California....

The Cigar Warehouse is located closely to the strip, the staff is helpful and friendly, the selection of cigars is huge, great products, reasonable prices - I just loved it, I will be back for sure!

My husband and I have travelled to Vegas a few times from Canada. When in the city, we make the trek to Cigar Warehouse using the Deuce and SDX to fill our little humidor. There is a vast selection of good quality cigars. There is always something new I haven't tried and will broaden my senses. But the best thing is the price! It is waaaaaaay better than any strip smoke shop or cigar bar. We love the inviting feeling and service is amazing at Cigar Warehouse. I had even made an online order recently and it shipped in a day, making it it all the way to us in Ontario in less than 1 wk! The cigars were pristine and superior quality. Now that is exceptional service! Cant wait to visit again in person. Cheers!

During a recent yearly guys trip to Las Vegas, one of the guys wanted to pickup few ACID cigars for his boss back in Buffalo. So we went to the Cigar Warehouse on Arville Street in Las Vegas. Even though one of the guys only wanted a few cigars, not an entire box. The staff at the Cigar Warehouse were extremely knowledgeable about cigars and helpful. We only purchased a total of 13 cigars. However, we were treated like we purchased boxes. If you are in Las Vegas, and want to purchase a few or boxes of cigars, I would recommend the Cigar Warehouse. The cigar Warehouse also has a small smoking Lounge area.
Thanks to the staff of the Cigar Warehouse: Roy, Chad & Monica. See you next year.

Is it within walking distance of the strip, and if so, which casino is the closest to it? In addition, do the sell Opus X cigars?

The nearest strip casinos are Caesars Palace and Bellagio. It is walkable, but going back and forth would really be a long hike. When I was there, I took a cab from Caesars Palace to the Cigar Warehouse, and on my way back to the strip, I walked across Tropicana avenue to the Orleans (2 minutes walk) and took a cab from the Orleans back to the strip. I think the fare was around 10 Dollars.
