We looked at a couple different places for an exotic rental but it was the customer service we received at Dream that was the deciding factor for us! Ask for Andre D. and you WILL NOT be disappointed. He got to know me and my wife and was so accommodating, which made an incredible experience even more memorable. WE WILL BE BACK so I encourage any and everyone to look no further for an exotic rental. Also, ensure your insurance policy is 100K/300K/100K as this was the requirement on all exotic rentals we looked at. PS - I work in the automotive service industry so I can confirm downtime rental charges are real. GET THAT INSURANCE (Google search: “rental out of service daily charges” for reference)

Tons of hidden fees

Horrible customer service lots of hidden fees what’s is advertised as 900 dlr rental ends up being 1650 Dlrs and they put a limit on miles and charge 6 Dlrs a mile after that

Worst customer experience ever. Booking via the website is pointless, they don’t read any of the info you input. I was text and asked to call them back. When I called back it sounded like the guy Jerry was just out his bed and literally asked me everything I input online AGAIN. My booking was then pushed out 2 hours one day before pickup which wasn’t ideal but I rolled with it. When I arrived I was asked for my proof of insurance, but then apparently they had to call AAA to transfer liability for the car to my policy?? They then proceeded to call USAA not AAA! After I explained that mistake they said they called AAA and it was closed and they would just give me a refund. I then started to question this process and explained that they should have told me all this up front so we could have avoided this or figured it out before I arrived. Then I was hit with a barrage of abuse from the staff, two guys in particular but I don’t know their names. Disgusting behavior. The outcome was the older guy telling me my insurance company is trash.... AAA is trash because they were closed on a Saturday? I got my $500 refund to my card (still pending) and went outside to the parking lot to book an Uber back to the hotel. I then called AAA by myself and guess what, they were open
and I spoke to an advisor. I went back inside and told them this to prove a point and the older guy said, “excellent, let’s get you into a car then...” After trash talking me and my wife you want me to now book a car with you???. Forget it. Also, in the 1 hour we were there there was no sign of the McLaren I had booked. Garage was empty. After reading the other reviews about hidden fees I’m kind of glad it was a disaster!

Fraud at its finest

As someone else just stated.... I booked a Lamborghini for several days. I was sent an invoice and paid a $500 deposit. Once i arrived my total should have been $1600 left for two days. But i was told Vegas now has new taxes and luxury fees.......... MY TOTAL WAS $5000 TO RENT FOR 2 DAYS. I have now verified that these taxes do NOT exist. Total sham when you arrive. Its sad because i am in the industry and could have sent them lots of customers for years to come. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE

Highly recommend using Dream Exotics for your super car rental. Everyone there is super nice and helpful, you’ll leave feeling good about your decision. They’re very knowledgeable and welcoming and sincerely happy helping you have a good time

As a broker in the industry...DO NOT (I REPEAT...DO NOT) do business with Dream Exotics. They will charge $3100+ per day for the same car you can get elsewhere for $1200 max (if not less) with ZERO FEES!! They took MY CLIENTS as the Owner of Dream (Vic) sent ME the confirmation emails instead of going to “his/their clients”!! Lmao!!! I guess that’s part of the game, and so is this review!! They wanted to charge me close to $1000/day for an Escalade after telling me it was only $299/day (I HAVE PROOF!!)!!!! Dream will bump up the price 2-3 times when you arrive because of “fees”! Look elsewhere if you want to SAVE MONEY and TIME for the same car and experience!!!! Read all of the bad reviews....same thing all over!! Bait and switch, fees, gas fee (WTF?!!), car reserved now available, cleaning fee, downtime fee, insurance fee, pickup/drop off fee, etc!!!! Do your research and go to the other companies here in Vegas!!

I've been a long time customer of Exotic Driving Experiences and Kevin Would always take care of me and my rentals, but he refer me to Dream Exotics this time due to EDE moving back to California. First time working with Dream Exotics and I'm just amazed on the fleet options and affordable prices as well as customer service. Although Kevin does not work with them, Its always comfortable to do business with someone who cares of their customers.

Rented an amazing Lamborghini Huracán Spyder for our 4 day on our last Vegas trip. We looked at several exotic car rental places online and found Dream Exotics not only had the lowest prices but, also the best inventory of cars. Jerry and Mike are the best! They will set you up with the car of your dreams, give you the best price in town and have you in and out of there in ~15 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Buyer beware!

It all started great, and I booked 4 cars for our group. Both Jerry and Joanne were terrific and even giving me a deal on the Performante. Location is convenient and close to the strip and facility very nice. And things started to go south from there. When we arrived, the Performante wasn't available and while I don't know for certain, something tells me they got full price form someone else and switched us to another Huracan, but ok.

Then came the surprises, as in, the add ons never mentioned anywhere on their website. 93 octane gas and detail: $149 (our cars weren't detailed and very dusty and the 458 with a quarter tank) and we were just told they didn't have time to do it, but the charge will be added, so beware. 5% credit card fee. NV license fee $19.99. Facility fee (god know what that is) $85. tire and disposition fee $85 and then the luxury fee (unknown to me so I am not even certain this exist legally) which is 20.25% or $260 AND taxes for another 20.25% or $260. THEN comes the closer! Your insurance as we're told doesn't cover loss of use. So if you have an accident, your insurance will cover the damage but while your car is being repaired you could be liable for thousands. Not to worry, for another $299 you can get the diamond coverage! When it's all said and done the $777 advertised turned into $1997.18 per car.....

It gets worse. The cars are not well maintained. For example, our 458 spider had a chip in the windshield, which by the way was never changed, so I am fairly certain that some poor guy got hammered for a new windshield and maybe loss of use, but the repair was clearly never done. Cars were dirty, not detailed, and even dusty dashboard. That said, they are rentals (ours had 40,000 miles) so they're clearly abused. As an exotic car owner myself, I can tell you that the tires on 3 of the 4 cars we rented needed to be replaced. When we mentioned to Jerry that the car was very slippery, his answer was that Ferraris are like that and that the yellow one in their fleet is much worse! What a comfort!!

We also had a tire pressure warning light at pickup that we mentioned, so clearly the staff didn't even notice there was an issue and they simply put air in the front driver side tire and on we went......problem is, this was as a result of a nail puncture and we had to return the 458 while the rest of our group went on the rest of the day.

Now the nastiness comes out.....We wanted a full refund and it's only after quite a bit of arguing and telling me they would no longer wanted to do business with me! The rest of our group enjoyed the other 3 vehicles, one was returned early (than the 24 hours they were booked for) because while the website calls for pick up and delivery, we were told they couldn't pick up our cars, so those with an early flight need to be aware.

Just remember, the real cost is double or triple to the one advertised and understand what you're getting, and just don't complain too much. After all getting into your hotel room to discover it hasn't been cleaned should be perfectly ok!
