We were disappointed in this attraction to say the least. We waited until night time to get a good view of the Strip fully lit up. The viewing area was surprisingly small and the people were packed in like sardines. Difficult to get a look out between all the people, the cage setup, and the few little view ports where you could put your camera lens to take a photo. Price of admission is very high for the value of the experience. The High Roller is a much better value even though it is not on the Strip itself

1.0 star rating3/23/2021
My husband and I had purchased ANYTIME tickets for valentines day. When we arrived with our mobile tickets, we got in the line and were greeted by a very rude manager by the name Taneeka, who informed us we had to get out of the line and not be able to go up. This was approximately around 7 or 8 pm. She never gave us a reason and was very rude to us, wouldn't even look at my tickets. This ruined out valentines evening. This woman should not be in customer service. THE rating should be a -100 stars because she is a horrible person. On top of everything else ticketmaster refused to refund me our money and also the insc I purchased would not give me a refund, after they said they would. Best advice do not purchase tickets from ticketmaster and do not purchase Allianz Global insurance because they do not give a refund. They are a scam.

When we arrived early there was no place to hold bags, we had to pay $28 for early check in.
I didn't want early check in, I wanted to just leave my bags, but Ripoff is more important to mgmt.
Room 1507 was not maintained, paint chipped in 20 places, windows were filthy for cam pics.
Radio didnt work. Lamp shades were crooked and wouldnt sit correct. Bathroom mirror moulding cracked. Bathroom Door paint was chipping.
They could have touched up the rooms during covid lock down but they failed to maintain 3 star.
No information in the room about services, pool, spa, ect...
No Coffee machine in room so they can rip you off $6 more for a coffee, and a 20 min wait in line.
Maid didnt tidy up our room 1 of the 2 days. even though we picked daily maid service in cold Kiosk check in.

We bought our tickets through Expedia and got a confirmed date and time, complete with vouchers and bar codes. When we arrived we were told that Expedia sold us the tickets AFTER the Paris Hotel had already sent them a stop sale order because the tickets were sold out, and so our tickets were not valid. We spoke to a manager who confirmed that they have been having this problem with Expedia. Our kids were bawling for 30 minutes and we had planned our whole day around these tickets so needless to say we were upset. When I called Expedia they did refund us but denied it was their fault. Buyer beware.

We waited 1.5 hours to get to the view deck.. When we were up there they allowed us how ever long wanted. We got to see the fountains go off and listen to their music. Views were awesome but for having tickets at a certain time the wait was long especially your feet hurt from all the walking you have done. There are no places to sit in line you stand the whole time.

When I purchased the tickets for the Eiffel Tower, it didn’t say the viewing deck was closed. It’s only open on Thursdays and the date I purchased for was 2.14, a Monday. Staff member told me to reach out to the place I bought my ticket from. I checked my history and now my booking isn’t showing up to claim a refund for this scam….

Great view, we did it at night. Once you walked around the viewing deck there was not much else to see. Price was expensive for the amount of time spent on the viewing deck, it is self paced so you can spend as much time as you want but it is not a large area to cover.

The long queues to get up the top of the tower would not have made this worth it. We paid $5 each more to get an express pass which meant we pretty much went straight up. View once up there was great but view from our room was pretty great also. Wouldn’t do this again.

If you are handicap this is not a place for you . I check in at 9:00 pm and the staff that handles wheel chairs goes home at 9:00 due to budget . I had to carry my mom from the drop off to the front desk to get a motor cart for her. The front desk manager acted like she was doing me a favor getting my mom a way to get around and to the room it was not her job . The common area is old and dirty. the realty is not what they advertise .

Their automated check in doesn’t speed things up just makes it less personal. Wouldn’t let me check in early(4pm) left my luggage with hotel. When I could check in hotel had taken my luggage upstairs to wait for room assignments ( I needed my something in the luggage) they fought with me to get it back. When I went back for check in the automatic system messed up my reservation so I had to go the couple of people they had on to check in and they told me I had to wait in another line( this is after already waiting 25 minutes) refused to help me. Couldn’t even get a decent cup of coffe in the place. Not going their again. Have to reconsider all of Caesars properties.

Would you rather buy the tickets an advance or when you get there?

If I purchase tower viewing tickets, do you have to dine at the restaurant? Could you get just a drink if wanted?

Getting married at the top
Does anybody have any experience or reviews about getting wed on the observation deck? Searched the reviews but only found 2 all the way in 2016 and both vague. Interested in the views, staff and package experiences.

I enjoyed the views of Vegas from the top but I think you could do better. I would suggest the real one in Paris and you can eat in the restaurant as well. The Grand Canyon would make a great back drop for wedding photos and it isn't that far away. Or alternatively the bridge that over looks the Bellagio fountain would look great too. Hope this helps.

What hotel is the best to stay in to view the Paris hotel Eiffel tower?

Going in less than a week. Does anyone know if you can use the explorer pass to go up at night and pay the difference? It states that its day time tickets only but id like to go up at sunset/night. Ive tried looking for an email address to ask this but no look
Written September 21, 2019
Unsure about the explorer pass, however they do sell the tickets directly outside the Eiffel Tower from a podium. I’m sure they will be happy to answer your question. We paid approx $16 each to go up (daytime price), slightly more for the evening. We went up at 6:45pm, just before the sunset and they said we could stay up there as long as we like. So in theory you could use your pass for the daytime price and stay up for the sunset.

What is the last entry time in August please?

It depends where you bought your tickets. For example, if you bought on-line, you should be able to cancel and get a refund if your within 2 days of your scheduled visit. Otherwise, go to the Eiffel Tower - try and sell them to folks in line. You may have to reduce your price to make it worth their while. Just a thought!

My partner and I got the night viewing of the Eiffel Tower Experience tickets off Groupon for $35 and it covered us both. You can use the tixs at anytime. The view is better at night and you get to seea better view of the Bellagio Falls water & light show clearer along with all the Vegas lighting.
