We took a lovely tour highlighting food in three locations: New York, New York, MGM Park, and Cosmopolitan. Our guide, Grant, was charming and very informative. He showed us quite an assortment of interesting sights in addition to the three food stops. He was gracious, patient, and full of interesting and entertaining information about the city he loves and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. The food highlight for us was Eaterly at MGM Park. We went back the next day and bought yummy “supplies” for our condo to enjoy for the rest of the week. We heartily recommend this tour and this guide. (But be sure you are hungry!)

Part 1 - Gaming with Stewart This was my first trip to Las Vegas and it only made sense that if that's where I was headed I had better brush up on (or learn from scratch) some of the games I could try my hand at there... So, looking on TripAdvisor I saw that Urban Adventures offers a Gaming tour of the casinos which included getting a chance to try out some of them under their supervision... Our tour leader (and instructor) was Stewart who it turned out had been a serious and successful gambler for most of his life until he decided that it was time to hang up the dice and find another less risky profession... Well, it turns out that not only is Stewart an excellent (and patient) professor but he also has a wonderfully warm and amusing personality... and he kept us chuckling throughout, although he does pay you a chip if you laugh the hardest...!!! But seriously, he lead us from one game to another including blackjack, roulette, poker, and even craps... For each one he carefully explained the basics which can vary from easy to quite complicated and rewarded us with another chip each time someone was able to successfully answer his follow-up questions... Then (even better), he shared some of the betting strategies he developed over the years which help increase your chances...And all along the casino trail he took us on, he also kept us amused and entertained with stories of Las Vegas from early Bugsy Siegel through the Frank Sinatra era all the way up to the present... So in conclusion, I can say that you can be sure that the Urban Adventures Gaming tour with Stewart is a sure bet !!! Part 2 - Food with Stewart The second half of the tour is not only about the amazing variety of food that is available to visitors on the Strip, but also about seeing parts of many of the fabulous casinos and hotels and stores and even a few art galleries along the Strip - inside and out and at many levels. In fact, there seem to be almost as many shops and restaurants and things to see below the ground as there are above - I ended up with over 8 pages of notes of places we saw and that was only a small part. Stewart will take you past or through many of the more popular places to eat with prices to match everyone's pocketbook, as well as some that only the insiders usually know about. Or even if they do, how to find them !!! I'm sure you will find your own favourite spot to have a bite, but mine involved a giant pastrami sandwich (hint, hint). So if you are interested in exploring Las Vegas with someone who knows it like the back of his hand, you will really enjoy this tour with Stewart and I highly recommend it to all adventurers...

What wonderful feedback. I spoke with Stuart and I know he enjoyed showing you Vegas just as much as you loved exploring it with him. We're hoping those 8 pages of notes help spark another Vegas trip so that we can show you Downtown and the Arts District!

Great tour of the strip with one of the best hidden gems. Trust Jordan when he says we need to check out this bathroom. Also when you go through the door that says no entrance you have to have faith. Great tour and interesting showing of art on the strip that was a bonus!

Stuart was our guide, he was very informative and entertaining. We are lifelong gamblers, but we still learned a lot. In addition to the gambling advice, he shared many “Vegas Secrets”.
