We were excited to come to the Ice Bar and had bought tickets in advance. We got a parka and gloves upon entering. We also had to put all our belongings into a locker they provided. They DO NOT allow cell phones or cameras inside the ice bar. There is a photographer in there and then after you come out,... More

Great experience. Small on the inside. A woman was practically getting naked to take photos! You can't bring your camera in but they have a photographer waiting to snap your picture for a fee. The glasses were made out of ice! Everything is made of ice. Ladies if you're wearing sandals be prepared for some cold feet!

We had drinks prior to going to the Ice bar, so we were in the mood to have fun regardless and created our own fun but if we hadn't I think we'd be bored. We were the only people there. The staff was kind of inattentive. Drinks are expensive. We had a blast because we just left a show and... More

A very poor place, and only a small venue. Once you have seen the Ice Palace of Jungfraujoch in Switzerland, this place is very poor. You cannot take your own cameras, and if you buy the frozen drinks from them you are not allowed to consume them inside the bar. You have to buy the drinks inside the bar! So... More

It was definitely worth the experience and the photo op. You cannot use your phones for pictures so you need to buy pictures from them which were absolutely expensive. The drinks, like everywhere in Vegas, was expensive too. My kid and her friend loved it. My husband and I couldn't last too long. It was too cold. After $160 and... More

Finally went to the "Ice Bar" Minus 5 at Mandalay Bay. They provide the coat and gloves. Pretty Pricey, but I felt it was worth it. You can spend $l9.00 to get in with coat and gloves. Buy your own drink $l2.00. Or you can spend $39.00 for coat, gloves and 2 drinks. 2 was enough for me since I... More

If your looking to cool down from the desert heat and action in Las Vegas, this place is a hoot! Yes, it is cold inside, but go with a large group of people so you can have loads of fun taking photos and drinking cocktails out of glasses made of ice.

Had a Grupon ! Something you should see! Staff very nice ! Loved the bartender ! Funny! Not really a place you can hang out for very long. Glad we went tho! It's not a place you can hang out for too long. Glad we did it

We trekked down to Mandalay Bay to use our Groupon at Minus 5 Ice Lounge. Long walk and monorail ride. Finally got there and we were treated like second class citizens. We were ignored by everyone because someone important was visiting. Talk about a "Cold Reception!". We spent 15 minutes being ignored. We had to ask the photographer to take... More
