We tried the Pompeii Room and didn't finish even though we used all of our clues. It was hard with 2 of us that never tried an escape room and 2 others that had experience with this type of entertainment. Communication with the "game master" was terrible and you could hardly hear what they were saying. Ambience/decor in the room was very simplistic and not well done by any means. It was okay and fun overall.

Such a fun experience! We were able to escape The Unknown Part 1 room and plan to come back for Part 2 tomorrow. Highly recommend to go with friends or family. The staff was very friendly. Juan was very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed the Escape From Mars room. The clues were difficult, but not impossible. It wasn't a scary room, which was great for me. We did need hints but the game master was great at leading us in the right direction without giving too much away. The room seemed a bit worn in though.

Recommend that you review the difficulty of each room and the minimum number of people allowed per room. Hubbie and I did the “Escape from Mars” and these areas need adjusting. We chose this location for our out of town/vacation escape room experience, choosing this one because it said medium difficulty and
minimum of 2 people. Other places I researched stated at least 3 minimum which I appreciated to avoid wasting time and money. From our experience of this room, more than 2 people are needed.

Then the theme stated online and in the video shown before entering the first room did not clearly match the decor consistently throughout the game. Are you trying to find the missing astronauts or already captured by aliens? To call it a live escape room experience, more clear, realistic and relatable props and puzzles were needed.

And one of the first main puzzles was extremely difficult to see and do. The feeling of immersion in the experiences was quickly lost and frustration quickly came in as wasted time past. They were helpful in giving many clues throughout but felt like they should have been more observant in areas we were wasting time doing and clearer instructions when giving the clues. What probably made the difficult was the cell phone you had to talk through to ask for help. I’m use to looking in every possible area for clues in escape rooms and would have liked clearer instructions in areas not to touch or avoid.... ex. like the floors. It was only the later rooms that made sense with the theme but puzzles too complex for medium and 2 people.

The staff was friendly enough and I know gave more clues and time on the puzzles. We also like that an explanation and demonstration of what we didn’t complete was given. We have been to many escape rooms who don’t do this, hoping you will return, pay and do it over again. And in most cases people don’t pay to repeat an escape room.

A bigger group is needed and changes to more puzzles that “fit the script” and level of difficulty.

Took my daughter, niece and nephew in their teens and early twenties. We had a blast and created memories that will last a lifetime. Did The Unknown Part One. Can't wait to do Part Two the next time we are in town!

There were 10 of us at this escape - we played head to head in the Casino room and had a blast. Would definitely come again.

We booked the escape from Mars experience. Don't waste a lot of time in room 1, as there a tunnels and other rooms to follow! Great for couples or for groups. However, as a couple , we could have used some help from others as there are a lot of clues and complications. Highly recommend this adventure and will definitely go back.

We went here for the morning of my 50th birthday and Scott opened up early for us as we were a party of 15. It was SUPER fun - very clever clues. 1 team got out and 2 teams didn't! I can't recommend Escapability highly enough - friendly service and great themed rooms. We did the Casino room with two teams against each other which added a certain 'panic' to the situation which was brilliant. Highly recommend and thank you so much Scott for making us so welcome and for the Prosecco at the end for my birthday! I even got a birthday card when I arrived!

Okay, so I’m giving one star for two reasons. One, they gave a discount for my birthday. Two, they had some cool technology in the room.

My husband and I have been to multiple escape rooms across Las Vegas. This one, by far, is the worst. We did their Mars room, and let me tell you - as soon as we got in the room we gave each other that look. That look you give when you are trying not to laugh.

Decor/theme - Not super well done. Majority of all the rooms seemed to be put together with supplies from Spirit Halloween. It was lacking any ambiance, as the music being played was from an ipad attached to the wall.

Puzzles - Almost every puzzle was to just get a key, to open a box, to get another key, to open a box. Puzzles were not unique. The whole game seemed monotonous. In fact, at the conclusion of the game we were just relieved it was over. Not even excited that we escaped, like we usually are. We were just glad to be out. Now, I will say - they did have ONE exciting, innovative puzzle using technology. Though, I will not disclose what this is to keep the integrity of the game.

Staff - Super friendly. They were great. No complaints.

Logistics/building - So, unlike many other escape rooms - you have to carry around a phone with an intercom system to ask for hints. This is extremely inconvenient. Most escape rooms have intercoms attaches to walls. So, big negative there.

Also, our room required us to crawl on the floor at a point. Now, we thought that was unique and enjoyable. However, it definitely is NOT ADA compliant. So, if you struggle with walking, knees, or back issues - this room isn’t for you.

Overall, we were disappointed. The room isn’t worth the money. They charge the same as what some of the way more immersive rooms charge. I understand that they (husband/wife team?) are working on this project together and that’s admirable. However, the advertisement/trailers do not create realistic expectations.

We won’t be back. We will stick with Escapology.

Two of us did Escape from Mars - we didn't escape in the time, but we were not far off.

The rooms are interesting and the puzzles OK.

Good fun was had and definitely doable with two people. If there are more people then it would be easier, however larger groups may find that he room(s) are a little bit too sequential to keep everyone happy.

The room does need a little bit of a service/refresh, it's getting old and bashed about a bit - some things had become un-stuck.
