The manager Keith was very accommodating and Friendly. The overall customer service was top notch. The shuttle service was very convenient and timely. (Included in price) The only reason I didn't rate it as a five was that the guns jammed frequently. The manager made up for it by providing extra magazines. The zombie battle was basically a virtual simulation but good. The maze battle was just like laser tag but with real weapons that fire cap rounds. The vest give a really good shock when hit. Level 1 you feel a little jolt. Level 2-5 shocks you for real. It only lasts a second though. Firing the weapons are more like shooting a cap gun than a real gun. But I did feel like I was in a real gun battle. It was a bit over priced for the actual activity but we really enjoyed the experience. Keith did as much as he could to make sure we got our money's worth.

Top Shot: Las Vegas was an excellent experience. From the prompt pickup and check in through all of the activities, each member did an excellent job making sure you have a great experience. I completed 4 different shooting events: 3 with the laser simulators using a pistol and an AR-15 and 1 run through the combat maze. The combat maze totally rocked! I squared off with one of the staff members with an AR-15 with reflex optic. Each time you get his by an opponent, you feel a shock from your vest registering the hit. The vests are adjusted so you can feel a shock without being in excessive pain. I highly recommend Top Shot: Las Vegas!!!

So much fun. My husband, dad and 4 year old had a blast. They even brought clubs for my 4yr old. We ordered so much food and everything was extremely good. Was not expecting the food to be that good yet alone amazing. We would go back in a heart beat.

We were a bit tired of walking up and down the strip and taking tours. It was a nice break for my boys 10 and 14 years old. Fergus and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. We all had a great time!

Very unique attraction where you get to engage in a shoot out with your friends using simulation rounds with real Glock handguns. It's kind of expensive, but the equipment they use isn't cheap. Also, it's a surprisingly good cardio workout.

Took my 3 kids there and wasn't sure what to expect, but we all had a blast and would definitely do this again!

I've shot guns regularly since I was a kid and thus the normal "shooting experiences" in Vegas don't usually excite me too much, but this was not one of those normal experiences. I also played national paintball tournaments for about 6 years of which I would draw a comparison to this type of experience. Essentially you're utilizing a modified Glock 17 with custom blanks (CO2 instead of gunpowder) with a laser that registers on other people's vest plates to deliver a thoroughly satisfying shock to their abdomen area (there are 5 different levels of shock, we all did level 5). Even as an avid shooter this experience was awesome as an adrenaline filled simulator regardless of it lacking some realistic elements (ie headshots cannot register a jolt). It's a free for all so of course we all ganged up on the bachelor which ended up turning into a turkey shoot once he ran out of ammo. I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone visiting and looking for an adrenaline activity, plus you get to shoot the full auto guns after (not at each other, obviously..). It was a ton of fun and I would definitely do it again, I just wish there was one closer to Los Angeles.

I was picked up by a friendly host called Fergus in a premium vehicle. We had a great chat. I got to the range and got a briefing of how it works, I had selected the ultimate package. It was a great experience and was as good as firing the real guns. The gun battle can really wear you out. Great for solo travellers, they made me feel really welcome !!

Excellent staff. Great experience. Good for beginners and experienced shooters. The gun battle experience is very competitive and exciting. This is a great life like simulation of a real encounter to test your skills. You can shoot targets at home but when you come to Vegas this is the place to shoot.

This was an absolute blast and I can't wait to go again. We had the privilege of doing their best package which was so much fun. They did a few different simulations with us prior to going into the battle room where my wife and I competed against each other. It's like an intense laser tag with real fire arms but training munitions so you get the recoil of a real firearm. You place a vest on that knows when you've been hit from the laser and then vibrates around your abdomen letting you know you've bee hit. This attraction is an absolute must if you are in Vegas. The staff was great and awesome to work with. I would love to come do this with a bunch of my buddies. Be sure to purchase the video of your battle. Awesome time and its so much fun to watch your reactions afterwards. JUST DO IT!!!! You'll thank us later!
