My wife and I took the Grand Canyon West Rim Bus Tour Deluxe Upgrade. They picked us and dropped us at the hotel where we were staying. Our guide, Jack, offered interesting information during the drive to the Grand Canyon. The tour stopped at the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge and we had the chance to take photos. The tour provides... I had never taken a bus ride to visit a site before but didn't want to try and drive the 7 hours round trip from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon. We joined a bus trip with Canyon Tour Tours that included a box lunch (honey baked ham) water, large comfortable bus but no rest room. Our fee was $120/per and... More

We really disappointed that our booking was cancled as I got the email and not even a day u cancelled our reservation too soon. And the system never mentioned that we have to reply the email. Furthermore , the staff was being so rude. She wasn't listen and cut the line off. This is not the way of customer service... More

Hello, I am now back from my holiday and wanted to let you know my experience with your company on my visit to the Grand canyon south rim. As we arrived at the terminal we were showing our passports etc. and the lady said to everyone that the tour maybe cut short as rain is expected,I asked how long it... More

My fiancé and I had been looking at going on a Grand Canyon tour but had read so many bad reviews. We didn't want to spend hours on a coach either. So we got the Grand Canyon Airplane west rim tour. It took about two hours in hotel. We was picked up in a shuttle bus outside our hotel. Where... More

I booked the deluxe tour with bus, helicopter and boat ride and would recommend this package as a must for anyone travelling to the Grand Canyon. It's a long day, but absolutely worth it. The bus is comfortable and breakfast and lunch are provided. The helicopter flight is spectacular and a great way to see the canyon. The boat ride... More

We signed up for the Deluxe Tour to the West Rim. We were picked up at 6:15 am in a small van and figured we would be changing to a bus. We picked up the last group and were told we were on our way. The website states in two place that it would be a luxury coach with TV... More

We decided to just do the bus tour to the south rim (fit better in our budget). Canyon Tours subcontracts this tour out to Gray Line tours and so my review of the tour itself is on their page. Canyon Tours however were great to use in the booking process, very easy booking page online with very quick confirmation. They... More

Awesome doesn't even begin to describe this place, we were so pleased we booked through these guys even though we were a little surprised when a small 12 seater coach turned up to collect us from our hotel, but this was so much to our advantage as our guide Adam stayed with us as a a small group all day.The... We got exactly what we expected and hoped for out of this trip, a great trip to the Grand Canyon where we did not have to drive. We were picked up right outside our hotel close to 7:00 A.M. and were back at the hotel at around 5:45. Once there spend some time at Eagle Point but spend the majority... More
