One of the best, most intricate, detailed story room escape companies I've been to out of many from 4 different states. In the beginning I had trouble getting touch with the Las Vegas office that is by appt only mon - wed and to make an appt you need to book online, but for a party group or anything that needs to be dealt with specifically you need to contact the main office in Wisconsin that is in a differ time zone and works differ hours than the local business. But once I booked my group all was set and we had a great time. The local worker that checked us in and got us going on our adventure was very nice and accommodating, I wish more companies had employees like him.

This was our groups first time doing an escape room so of course we came in all cocky and thought we would set records. Well, safe to say, we didn't make it. The game was fun for my group of 8. We ran out of time but needed only a few more minutes. We probably could have Won if we didnt make two critical mistakes that we only have ourselves to blame. This was a great experience and our gamemaster was right with us at all times. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something different to do.

A group of my friends and I played through Yakuza. It was a lot of fun. The challenge seemed to be on the lower end of middle tier rooms. All in all a recommended. It also might be a good place if it is your first escape room since it is straight forward and more grounded.

We took 11, 13, 14, & 17 year olds over Christmas break. It was very fun and it took a fair amount of working together to achieve the objective. I'd recommend it. It is located in a one story business park so initially it's difficult to find. The kids rate it a 5 and we chose a non scary adventure.

We made prepaid reservations for our daughter's 16th birthday party. We received 2 email confirmations leading up to the day of the party. My husband took a car full of teenagers to the establishment only to find it locked and dark. There were no cars in the parking lot and they didnt answer their phone. We ended up having to pay again to get the girls in at another place. I will be contacting headquarters and demanding a refund. This is ridiculous! Don't waste your money here!!

We made prepaid online reservations, received two email confirmations and arrived 20 minutes prior to our scheduled escape room to find the facility locked and dark. We contacted the phone number where we left a voicemail stating that we'd arrived and that no one was present and then also emailed the company with our issue and requested a full refund of our game and transportation to and from the location.
We have participated in 115 escape rooms and have never had a situation like this happen before. The lack of customer service and timely response is unacceptable. There are many escape rooms available in Las Vegas and we would highly suggest NOT coming to this one.

Being a escape room virgin no one in our group knew how an escape room worked. Needed more direction, but almost made it out had we had another 2 minutes. Or better idea of what we where doing.

This place was great. They only have 2 rooms right now and I'm hoping they get more soon! My friends and me had so much fun here. The workers were pleasant and seemed to really enjoy what they did and thats always nice to see aswell. Definitely will return!
