There's fireworks, plenty of fireworks! The strip will be closed at 6 pm and will become a pedestrian walkway no doubt to handle the crowds. The two activities up by CIrcus Circus is the Stratosphere and Fremont Street which is lit up in the evenings year round. The Stratosphere has four rides, expect long lines, Fremont Street has two short zip lines. Go to the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead both not too far from Las Vegas.
