Firstly you’ll be subjected to 30 or mins of video of “Criss Angel is amazing” And then, just to remind you of where you are, you will hear the name Criss Angel more times than you can count.
It’s loud, obnoxious and only partly clever. All the bright lights, loud bangs and music just cover up the wires, mechanical trapdoors and other tech based tomfoolery that consist of the illusions. There isn’t any mystery or wonder to be had here.
The $ bill trick, predicting in advance what the serial numbers are on an audience members note is an insult to everyone’s intelligence. Using prerecorded video overlayed with obviously typed in numbers to match the dollar bill.
The 90 mins flew by, but was hauled back into a glacial pace by Criss’s hackneyed shoehorning of an over the top and saccharine dedication of part of the performance to kids with cancer. While I can understand this hits close to home to him and I feel great sympathy for what he must be going through with his son, this really put a big downer on the evening.
I’d feel ok about going to this show if I paid $40 not $120.
Find some other show if you want “real” magic.

Awful. Loud beyond a concert or Vegas Knights game. A lot of filler - talking, stalling, simply burning time. Several of the illusions/tricks are somewhat standard, but done worse than any other magician I've seen. If David Copperfield went to this show, he'd double his prices from a value for the show standpoint. Spend you money elsewhere. If you want magic, see Copperfield. This show rivals Michael Jackson ONE as the worst in Vegas.

The show starts with 10 minutes of recorded videos about how great the performer is. Every tricks is accompanied by an unnecessarily long build up. Tricks themselves are poorly performed, e.g. before he "vanishes and reappears" in the audience you can see him walking in. "Doves from a piece of cloth" clearly come from a box next to him. "Escape" from a box where the audience couldn't even see if it was closed at the back. "Escape" from a sack inside the box, from which only the top can be seen, the bottom could be open. Most embarrassing was "Guessing the fears of 4 chosen women" which is clearly performed with 4 actresses (chosen by him from the audience, sitting alone without company, absent from audience after the trick). This is no better than a sitcom.
What a waste of money. We went with 4 friends, none of which liked the show.

This was a very good show
After seeing criss at the Luxor a few years
And being very disappointed.
I went in with my eyes wide open and was not disappointed this time.
Had a pretty good seat with a nice view of the stage.
With some good tricks and some you could see how they were done. Criss highlights children’s cancer as his son was a victim of this deadly cancer.
Some parts of the show drag on a bit longer than they should by all round I was highly impress by the end.

We bought tickets based on the reviews. Chris Angel has really good illusions., but the theatrics and music and dancing distract from the magic. We compared this to David Copperfield, and, for the money, would recommend another magic show, unless you are into theatrical displays.

I really wanted to like this more than I did. I was a fan of the tv show, especially the earlier episodes, and I liked his style of magic. Unfortunately I found myself inwardly laughing at times because of the extreme theatrics. There was a very high wannabe rockstar vibe. The live music was cool, but his dancing around was a little over the top for me. Unfortunately there was also a lighting problem that night and my husband and I both saw ropes on a couple of aerial tricks. I’m the type that wants to believe in magic even though I know it’s a trick, so that was disappointing when the illusion couldn’t be upheld. I don’t blame him for the lighting issue.
He did have some up close tricks that were impressively executed. He is really good at the magic stuff but just maybe got a little carried away trying to make magic MORE entertaining, but sometimes purety can be most powerful. At the end of the show he talked about kids and his charity and not forgetting where he came from, but it did not feel forced, despite the somber change of tone so drastically different from the rest of the performance. Overall he gave a sincere impression of a sensitive, caring human being and ill support that any day.

Some people actually travel to Vegas with their family, believe it or not. I do. The family show that is entertaining for everyone including my granddaughter and 76 year old mother is the Chris Angel Show MINDFREAK. There is no profanity but fun for all ages. It really entertains and our whole group of 9 people all loved it. I was so glad there was no cursing but really interesting things that captured everyone's attention. My husband hates shows and he waited in line to shake his hand. A very genuine person who loves to please the audience and gives 110 percent. I don't like magic or weird things but I was very captivated with the way he interacted with the audience. He came out into the audience several times and was not afraid. I like that. Most performers keep away from the audience but this guy went right in a few times during the show. Very interactive and fun for the whole family.

This is the best magical show I have ever seen. In other magical shows, sometimes, they do the same tricks, and you can work out how the tricks are done. With Criss Angel, you simply can't, with all the reality-bending tricks that he performed. I was selected to participate as an audience, where I was held by his hand to toss a coin into double glasses. I was sitting literally right next to the coins-in-glasses trick; and I mean "right next to"; and I couldn't see any flaw. Wow, it makes me wonder if the magick is real magick.

So I wanted to see a magic show when I was in Vegas so I decided that Criss Angel Mindfreak would be a fun and theatric show to see. They have security at the door as Criss does come down into the audience. I had an issue with my seat but the manager for the house crew was able to rectify it for me. The show starts with a ten minute little video and then Criss appears on stage. The show was very over the top with some really amazing tricks and some that were kind of obvious. It was a good time and the 90 minutes flies by. I really liked the part where he gets four audience members on stage for some mind tricks. So go and see if you will be amazed by the Mindfreak.

Estuve en la plataforma del medio arriba sección 202 F en el asiento 16 y se veía excelente. No hace falta estar en las primeras filas.

Is section 102 a good section to see Criss Angel in Las Vegas? I’m just trying to purchase good seats this will be our first trip to Vegas.

Perfect, Row C or D seat 1 or 2, he performs a trick in the audience at that location.

Planning to see the show next month. Wanted to know if there were any seats we should avoid in that theater?
Written September 5, 2019
There really is not that bad of seat anywhere none that you should completely avoid

What time would I need to get there for a 7pm show? (I'm trying to coordinate other reservations) thanks!
Written August 3, 2019
If get there early you will just be standing in line, I would go at 6:55, the actual show does not start until about 7:20

Thinking of booking a front row seat on the balcony section. Will that give me the best view?
Written August 2, 2019
Yes. We were seated further back in the balcony and could see the show quite well. Front row seats in the balcony would be a great viewing area. Enjoy the show!!

Does the show start at 7pm? How hard is it to find the theatre inside PH?
Written June 21, 2019
Yes you can see it at 7 or 9 from what I remember. The theatre isn’t hard to find. Just got up the escalator once you get inside the casino and it’s right there

Bom dia. Antecipadamente, agradeço a atenção.

Todos os assentos são bons e o show é legal. Mas não creio que valha a pena a diferença de preço para os assentos mais caros.
