Very poor service. We booked a reservation 2.5 months in advance for a King Room in the Pyramid with a strip view. When we checked in it now wasn’t available so they moved us to a room in the west tower with queen beds overlooking a parking ramp. The west tower rooms are OK but they are a LONG walk from everything and the view sucks. Other issues: 1. housekeeping took away the used shower soap and didn’t replace it. 2. 30-minutes after we checked in we reported that our in-room safe was locked & unusable. More than 24-hours later still not fixed. We called again & finally someone came. 3. When you call hotel desk, concierge or any other area with questions you don’t get answered timely & after holding for a long time when they finally answer you miss information or no information. For example called to make a breakfast reservation. After waiting to be answered more than 5-minutes I was finally told no reservation was needed but when we got down to the restaurant if you didn’t have a reservation you had to go to a kiosk & put yourself on an electronic waiting list which had a 45 minute waiting list. Then when we finally get seated we did get our coffee right away but it took 30-minutes for them to take our food order & another 25 minutes to receive it. Anyway the list could go on but in general the service was deplorable and I’ve been to vegas many times. Will not stay here again.…

The rooms appropriate for the price, but the worst part was the dust. The first time I walked to my room I smelled it, then I realized it's because they haven't cleaned to tops of the structures inside the pyramid in years. There is literally an Inch of dust in spots. Even the walls near the elevators were covered in it. My gf and I were both stuffed up after the weekend. Seems like such an easy quality control thing to fix.…

The Luxor has both new and older slot machines. They have all the popular table games in the casino pit. They have several good food options and several bars and lounges. Very nice Race & Sports Book. Friendly staff and good cocktail service on the casino floor. I added photos of my visit and will return again soon.…

The staff in the Luxor Casino are very friendly. I met Ken Nelson, who is a slot attendant, in the high limit room a few years back. He always makes a point to come say hello and chat for a few moments every time he sees me. Being recognized and addressed by the employees makes me feel special, and very comfortable in their casino. This is really important to me, especially during the Covid era....…

The Luxor is a cool looking hotel on the outside, but the inside is nothing special. It’s clean, but the only shows are some sort of adult showgirl venue, or carrot top. Not a lot of choices to eat inside, and it isn’t walking distance to be convenient to anything. The casinos cash out machines do not give coins and I lost more money in Luxor than any other casino I visited. The price wasn’t bad, we had a nice stay but if money isn’t an issue I’d choose elsewhere. …
