locals said it's been closed for about a year. You could hike up to the lookout, but that would be trespassing, parking is schetchy ; along peoples' home or shoulderless road.

Although a pretty steady climb up, it's fairly short. Trail at the top with vista explanations is breath-taking. Be sure to take your camera! Bathrooms at the top.
