Best guided tour I ever experienced.......for all the family but maybe a bit awkward for small children that need a pushchair as there are a lot of steps. Definitely take a Cardigan as it can get cold whilst in there 14° and Wear shoes that...More

The start of the tour is a descent of 250 steps which would be a horrific experience for anyone with mobility problems and for that reason I think it should be make clear to visitors before commencing the tour that this lies ahead of them....More

We went there with our 6 year old daughter. The place is beautiful, great views but you need a tripod to take photos, no flash allowed. The guide spoke only French, so read about the cave beforehand.

Very interesting to wander through. The guide left a little to be desired but the space was really stunning with some unique features. A bit of a climb down (250 steps) but then a train brings you back up.

Very good, the only problem for us English was the guide only spoke in french. You are allowed to take photos but with no flash, contrary to what is stated on the guide leaflet.

If you can, book your tickets online, as there are very long queues. Remember to take warm clothes and be prepared to walk down a lot of stairs. Once at the bottom, it is nice to simply walk ahead and take in the sights. There...More

From the outside, all you can see is a ticket office and small door. You could never imagine the amazing cave that's underneath the ground. As other people have said, do take a jacket, and close toed shoes are probably a good idea as well....More
