I'm not a huge wine drinker (more of a beer guy) but went out here today and was really impressed. Had 6 samples and a basket of food (French bread, cheese, meat- all locally sourced) for less than $20. The sampling area was very cozy- 2 fire places, comfortable chairs, and several tables. Staff was very friendly- a great way... More

JAV is an amazing place to visit all year around. We love to grab some snacks and try a tasting (5 small samples for $5) and then take a bottle with us. Staff is friendly especially to the uneducated. They do a bunch of events all year so be sure to check the calendar. We are always comfortable at JAV... More

Stopped by James Arthur Vineyard on our way home last Sunday. Had a bottle of wine and enjoyed the outdoor music. The music was a very pleasant surprise. Very enjoyable afternoon. Always try to stop by when we are in the area.

Been here multiple times and never disappoints. Very relaxing. Music on the weekends is nice. Have a lot of different wines to choose from. Worth multiple visits till you find your favorite.

We visited the vineyard on a very hot and humid Friday afternoon. We stayed inside but the surrounding porches/pond areas are beautiful. We sampled 6 different wines (1 ounce samples) and shared a bread, sausage and cheese basket. There are other food options available. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the wines. It is a very casual,... More

We visited James Arthur Vineyard about 2 weeks ago. Our visit was great and the staff were very nice. The best part was enjoying wine outside and relaxing. The view and everything around the vineyard was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the cats. If you are visiting in the Lincoln area definitely check this place out.

Great first time wine tasting experience. True Midwestern ambiance and decor. Bought a groupon deal and had no problems redeeming it. Great selection of local wines and very reasonable prices. Tapas were great and local cheeses and meats in the meat and cheese basket. Went on a Saturday night and a nice crowd but not too many people. Place is... More

Friends and families love this place and all that gather have their pace. From sipping to swirling it doesn't matter, their Nebraska wines go down fine. Whatever tickles your taste buds, you'll find here, from dry to sweet (they have no beer). The scenery is beautiful and trails to stroll, through the field s of vineyards that make it whole....
