Buffalo Bill's Ranch is a must-see in North Platte. The house was a a little disappointing it was smaller than expected but still fun to tour. The surrounding grounds were beautiful with the lake and the beautiful trees. The outer buildings were historical and interesting, lots of great memorabilia and photographs. Well worth the stop. Only $2 to get in... More

I loved visiting Buffalo Bill's house and ranch. The grounds are beautiful. Its quite and peaceful. The house is amazing on the inside and its so cool they let you go in all the rooms, even upstairs. You have to buy a NE parks pass if you don't have one plus admission. So it cost me $7 total for just... More

We visited there after an overnight stop inNorth Platte on an RV trip from CA to the New England states. You can purchase a combo ticket to see this, the Golden Pike Tower, Cody State Park & the historical museum. Interesting self guided tour, not the most professional presentation but what a treasure trove of memorabilia. There are docent led... More

Neat mansion and unique barn. What a great piece of Americana. His layout and design of the property, including an irrigation pond show that he was more than just a great showman.

We did a quick stop here to stretch our legs and pick up a little history. I think we spent about an hour here, touring the house and the grounds. I wish I had been more familiar with Buffalo Bill because I think I would've appreciated everything more, but it was nice.

Beautiful, well maintained property full of old west history. Take a couple hours and enjoy the grounds, tour the house and wonder through the barn, you won't be disappointed.

We decided to stop in on our cross country trip. Very glad we did. The home has lots of memorabilia and we learned alot. Friendly staff. Dont miss the ice house, educational for kids. Numerous wagons in the barn.

I stopped in here on a trip cross-country and had a few extra hours after dinner before the sun went down, so I decided to drive by. Of course they were closed as it was about 8 p.m., but I was able to walk around. They have buffalo and a big barn in the back, so be sure to look... More

Beautiful ranch that takes you back in time. Lots of awesome things to check out on the premises. The barn is huge and has multiple stagecoaches in it, which were really cool to see.

This is a stop my family has been wanting to make for a very long time. No only have we all grown up knowing the legend of Buffalo Bill, but he is actually a distant relative of ours and one our son has been named for. We stopped here right after a severe storm has been through the area and... More
