We arrived too late. They close at 5pm. We were able to glimpse The outside of the house and could see the barn. We could not come back the next day due to other commitments but will make it a point to get there in time the next trip through the area.

The grounds are spectacular and the house is well maintained. They continuely change the memorabilia in the house. I liked it better when they had a docent take you through but it's still worth the time to tour.

If your a fan of the old west and Buffalo Bill then you need to see this. This is his home he had built which was finished in 1886. He lived here until 1913. This is where he retired to after the Wild West Show was over. You have to pay $2 for the tour plus $5 for a one... More

Nice self guided tour. was taken back that u had to buy a Nebraska state parking license to park there seems little silly which cost 5 dollars. Lots of pictures and stories written down interesting . Not as grand of a home as I expected but worth the tour.

Buffalo Bill's Ranch is a must-see in North Platte. The house was a a little disappointing it was smaller than expected but still fun to tour. The surrounding grounds were beautiful with the lake and the beautiful trees. The outer buildings were historical and interesting, lots of great memorabilia and photographs. Well worth the stop. Only $2 to get in... More

OK, let's get one thing straight...if you don't appreciate America's western history, the saga of men who lived on the frontier and the people that overcame and settled a rough but beautiful country, then this is just another old house and barn. However, if you love to imagine the life and times of a man larger than life, a man... More

I loved visiting Buffalo Bill's house and ranch. The grounds are beautiful. Its quite and peaceful. The house is amazing on the inside and its so cool they let you go in all the rooms, even upstairs. You have to buy a NE parks pass if you don't have one plus admission. So it cost me $7 total for just... More
