Because of the holiday traffic we arrived very late at night. The hosts was very friendly and accommodating and direct us to the nearest restaurant that is just up the road. On return to the Moulin I found that I have left my phone at the restaurant and Emmanuel immediately got in his car and fetch it for me. After... More

I have been there a couple of times and I still find it an unique place to visit. The owner is passionate about his place and proud. And he has every reason to be!

We were on our way to Paris when we spontaneously decided to cut our trip in two segments. We looked for a hotel on an Internet site, and found this property. We arrived late on Sunday, however this did not prevent the charming, man-of-the-world, entrepreneur, multilingual Emmanuel and his lovely Swedish-turned-French talented wife to give us a private tour of... We loved this peaceful B&B. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, tranquil. Our hosts were very friendly, we were even privelaged to be offered a tour of the whole property including the making of the flowers for the fashion industry. Will be interested to see how their future cafe turns out, and hope it is a success!

We had an interesting visit to the mill, which is run by a husband and wife team. It is open for guided tours for individuals in July and August at 3pm and again at 4.30pm. Our guide did a good job as he had to say everything in French, then Dutch and then English! His English is excellent so we... More

If you want to visit an old windmill, still working, don' miss this place. Le Moulin is from 1231 and it's really a place to go if you want to travel in the past! Of course, I have to mention that they also show all the work with the flowers that decorated the costums of Moulin rouge and also Chanel.... More

This is the most fascinating place! A must if you are in the area! A water mill that produces electricity to work ancient machinery which produces minuscule little bits in order to make flowers for haute couture. You will be amazed!
