The ski bus stopped at the Frank Lloyd Wright building but I couldn't see a building!! A local on the bus said it had been demolished. Apparently the city was unable to raise the funds to save it and people were not that interested. We...More

Unfortunately, the Chicago conservancy and others were unable to save this historic building. It was torn to the ground and to my knowledge no parts were saved.

When we saw the sign we were excited that we would get to see a FLW building but we're disappointed when we got there. It's a law office buried in the town with a very non-descript design. Not at all what we expected.
