it is steep starting out - at least three ways to get up to ridge , you'll meet up with a trail on the way up then walk a ridge then a little exposure then the climb , i would say class 3 with exposure....More

this mountain is really scenic. there is an old road that you can take that heads around the back and up towards the top, it is hard to find but it you ask a local they can direct you, its worth the drive.

if you love muesums, then the great Northern is your place. lots of artifacts, written history, information.. the volunteers are world class second, if you love trains , the Great Northern is your Place. the buildings and working station is worth the trip

You can hike it and you can look at it other than that it is just a peak standing in the Bob Marshall Wilderness along a giant reservoir.
