1. Decided to go visit Yellowstone at last minute and lucky enough to book the old faithful inn hotel one week ahead of the trip , the hotel itself is beautiful and good location , you could watch old faithful erupt from our suite . Well the only downside is the hotel is very old and needs some TLC since it cost like $1100 per night , and also the food inside the park is not too good , it feels like school lunch .
2. Since we stayed for 6 nights and 7 days , we pretty much went every attraction, the most breathtaking one is the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone , you got to take the trail and go all the way down and watch the waterfall , it is beyond unbelievable amazing, it made the whole trip worth it .
3. If you have more than 4 days at Yellowstone , I would recommend to go the south west loop(old faithful and midway geyser) and southeast loop ( Grand Canyon of Yellowstone , Yellowstone lake ) (ps , rent the boat on Yellowstone lake , it cost only $66 per hour to self drive the boat on Yellowstone lake) .
Try white river rafting ( try to book reservations before noon , it does take 2-2.5 hrs total for the rafting, drive to Bozeman city after rafting, it’s only 1hr away , but you get to visit the 4th largest city in Montana , go to Bozeman downtown , take a walk and try their food , there is few restaurant is really good, you won’t regret it )
Go to Idaho falls if you have extra time , I know it took 2.5 hrs drive from west Yellowstone, but you could stop by Yellowstone bear world , a self drive through park that you could see black bears , elks and other animals, it’s cost $25 per person ) , Idaho falls itself is just ok , but for people like us we are from LA , it’s worth the drive the visit a city like Idaho falls and try their food )
4. I went to manmoth and Lamar valley , manmoth didn’t impress me and we didn’t see any animals at Lamar valley , instead if you wanna watch bisons , go to Grand Canyon if Yellowstone, you probably see more bisons there .
5. Conclusion, overall its a good family trip , if I ever come back here I would stay 2 nights inside the park and 3 nights outside the park ( west entrance there’s a lot of hotels and cabins ) , wish this helps and have a good vocations everyone !

The entire team at Yellowstone Aerial Adventures were great, but James really took the time to coach and lead my 8 year old daughter through the entire course multiple times. She overcame her fear of the zip line and demanded that we go back the next day. Priceless experience to watch her fear change into confidence and excitement! Thank you to the entire staff!

This was am adventure for our entire family. Between the obstacles which had a variety of difficulties, we all were able to find paths and maintain both comfort and challenge levels ALL the way UP (Its WAY UP) to the zip lines. Did we mention our two young boys (6 and 7), lured by days of seeing YAA from our campground), who were insistent that they were ready to "face your fears" (even if mom wasn't).. We opted for the full monty, trying the "big" course, rather than the kid's course which looked like it would have also been a great day! However, with some words of encouragement from Dad and the lure of a zip line (or 4), we went big. Gulp. This was a well maintained, well planned and highly challenging, entertaining and all around great course and afternoon. Even a cautious mom with a healthy fear of heights felt comfortable with the level of instruction, care with the harnesses and gear and had an amazing adventure. Face your fears and give it a go (even if you are poised on the zip line 3 stories up definitely sure you do NOT want to go - yeah that would've been me!) We had a memorable afternoon and a big thanks to the team there!

I am sure my kiddo would have enjoyed it but instead it was a waste of $60 that she earned washing dogs.... she had less than 15 minutes on the ropes course - standing in ONE spot and then was told it was shut down due to the weather. No refund only a raincheck for a year - um, it was a once in a lifetime trip, so it would have been great to get some $$ back...

I received an early morning phone call asking us to reschedule our time because they were overbooked. It didn't work for our schedule to change times so we went at our predesignated time. During our session, which we purchased a session with no time constraints, myself and my children were asked over and over and over if we were done yet. At one point a staff member even instructed my 8 year old to remove her harness and put her stuff in the cleaning pile. My young daughter, didn't want to but did it anyway. She came to me crying and we got her suited back up. My frustration is that I paid a lot of money for a pass with no time constraints. If they are overbooked that isn't my fault. We will enjoy our unlimited play for as long as we like. Please stop pressuring families to be done when you caused an overlooking issue.

My kids had a blast on the zip lines. My 10 year old needed help with brackets due to not being tall enough but older siblings were able to help. It seemed like they had different brackets for the younger kids that could slide across.
The staff was amazing and very quick to assist the people that were stuck or needing of assistance.
If you have a fear of heights I would not recommend. I would recommend adjusting to the altitude and staying hydrated prior to doing this activity.
Overall, my kids really enjoyed and 4 hours was more than enough time with taking water breaks (stay hydrated!!!).

We showed up at our time booked and were told that there were not enough harnesses so we had to wait. We waited for 1 hour, harnessed up and then had to leave due to unexpected weather coming through. So they rebooked us for another day. When we came back again we were told that they had overbooked and there were no harnesses. We waited another hour. The whole Zipline course took us 1.5 hours but we were charged for 3 hours. The owners were not sympathetic to the wait times and overbooking. We were told there was a problem with the reservation system. We did not receive any compensation for our wasted time. There were other groups that had experienced the same issues. I would not recommend this company.

Family trip to try zip lining with the onus ropes course. Two of us have issues with heights, but felt safe and all of us completed the course at least once.
Several sections for different levels of difficulty from easy to hard with the ability to only do a ropes section, of course, you need to complete a few obstacles as you climb to the zip lines. Harnesses were on great condition, cleaned between each use, and had easy yet sturdy connectors for you to operate on the course and lines. We did the 2 hour segment and felt that was a good option to complete the course twice with a few additional obstacles. Give them a try!

Haylie was very helpful and informative on how things worked. My girls had never done anything like this before but had wanted to. This provided us a great opportunity. My youngest was also able to find another seasoned kid her age she could pal around with and help ease her anxiety. They all had a great time. We will/would definitely go again.

We are a couple in our 60's. We tried, we did and we succeeded. An adventure for all ages, We had so much fun that we would recommend this aerial park to everyone. The staff was incredibly attentive, patient and polite. Prior to beginning, they instruct everyone on education and safety. You're completely harnessed to a safety line and nothing to fear. Super aerial staff! Thanks for the fabulous memories!
