Beware of ringworm! Friends and I were scheduled for a private soak but another mutual friend attended recently and found out she got ringworm there. Cancelled our appointment, and of course they did not waive the cancellation fee.

We went lured by the promise of live music as copied from website:
"EXPERIENCE LIVE MUSIC EVERY FRIDAY, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY AT 7PM - ALL YEAR LONG!"
Guess what? No music.
Sites were very tight, showers luke warm at best and pool crowded with people eating while soaking. Gross.
We had booked 2 nights, left early after night one, requesting a refund for 2nd night. We were refused.

Norris Hot Springs is an awesome spot to unwind in a classic Montana experience. The food was beautiful, organic and locally grown! They recycle and in addition they wash and reuse their water glasses! The hot springs are very clean, comfortable and fun. The staff, especially Angelica, were incredibly helpful and kind especially when my 1987 van broke down and we had to spend an extra 2 hours waiting for the tow. They go above and beyond in their service!

We were very surprised to drive all the way out here and it look almost nothing like the website. If you’re camping I’m sure it’s great because it’s right there but we literally pulled up, looked around and left. There were a ton of people in the one place and didn’t look relaxing. I was expecting something very relaxing, modern and something with flare. It wasn’t for us. Check out the review pictures for sure

This is a basic hot spring location. It is entirely outdoors. There are changing rooms, but no shower facilities. The only toilets are port-a-potties. There is food and beverages (including alcohol) available at the site. The admission cost for adults is $8. We had a nice afternoon, but I have been to other hot springs in the area that offer a few more amenities, so it really depends on what overall experience you’re looking to have.

We camped in the campground on the property and it was great complete with hookups to make the stay comfortable. The use of the hot springs was very minimal charge per person and was good for 24 hours of unlimited use. We did enjoy the hot springs and it's uniqueness with the wood sides, and floor of the pool area. The do empty it and refill it daily. It wasn't overly hot which we appreciated as the day was very hot. It was a refreshing place to relax the time away. Lots of people were enjoying the food and drinks from the restaurant.

I’d say if you on the area, check it out. It’s a pretty warm tub, you could say pioneer type build. But this should be the way close to the former Oregon trail.
You can enjoy either snacks, pizza type dinner or from the grill even while being in the water. Some people may like that some don’t, depends on you.
Hanging out in the hot water and listening to live Musik in the nearby located cupola is a combination you won’t get anywhere.
Read the other comments and decide whether to visit or not. I did like having this location checked out, you don’t just find something similar around the corner.

Camped here six days, while an axle problem on my trailer got fixed. These folks run a class act. No pretense, just a lovely place to soak. Good food. Full hookups, in season. If you want authentic Montana, in a Mother-Earth-News kinda way, don't miss it. Kudos to owner Holly.

This place has the most pristine water I have ever soaked in. We have 4 boys under age 12 that loved swimming and soaking especially under the cold spray mister. It was mostly adults drinking but they have a strict 3 alcoholic beverages per person rule so there was no concerns there. We ordered burgers and pizza from the grill that was super yummy (grown in their organic garden onsite.) I also thought the recycled cups are pretty cool also. I would hope in the cute they put a little money into the place and upgrade from port a potties to flushable toilets. I would love to see a place where one can get privately dressed and undressed also.
Overall I would return with my family!

We are visiting Montana late December, is this a good Winter activity? Seems great and would love to experience! Just don’t know if it’s open in winter?

It's definitely open in the winter. We went on a frigid day in March. You'll love it.

I need to get a hold of someone there. The email address is faulty and the phone line goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full!!! I have been trying for a week to get a hold of someone there because I left something there. My fault, yes...but it sure would be nice to be able to make contact. How can I reach someone?
