We were very surprised to drive all the way out here and it look almost nothing like the website. If you’re camping I’m sure it’s great because it’s right there but we literally pulled up, looked around and left. There were a ton of people in the one place and didn’t look relaxing. I was expecting something very relaxing, modern and something with flare. It wasn’t for us. Check out the review pictures for sure

Beware of ringworm! Friends and I were scheduled for a private soak but another mutual friend attended recently and found out she got ringworm there. Cancelled our appointment, and of course they did not waive the cancellation fee.

This is a basic hot spring location. It is entirely outdoors. There are changing rooms, but no shower facilities. The only toilets are port-a-potties. There is food and beverages (including alcohol) available at the site. The admission cost for adults is $8. We had a nice afternoon, but I have been to other hot springs in the area that offer a few more amenities, so it really depends on what overall experience you’re looking to have.

What a beautiful spot to enjoy the natural hot springs of Montana. It was a quiet and clean place with sweeping views. The beer and cider were great and service was good. Fun family time, for sure!

This place is a pit. The pool is slimy, and since they don't regulate how many people they let in, a lot of times you are standing in a sardine can. It SUCKS. They keep those stupid sprinklers going, thus negating the use of half the pool. Want to be charged 8 dollars for a small plastic glass of wine from a box? No problem! Food and drink here is a total rip-off. They DON'T have locking storage lockers, so you'd better either bring your own lock, or be prepared for a half-naked walk to your car to stash your things. You WILL get ripped off if you don't. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owners are money-grubbers and do nothing to keep the areas clean, and it's NOT a good place.

I've beer to Noris hot springs quite a few times before and have had good experiences in the past. This time as soon as I left the dressing room an employee grabbed my hands and put a large x on each of them with a permeant marker and says none of you are drinking here tonight there's some beer cans in your car. I say so since I've had one beer before I got here your going to attack all of us and ban us from drinking, he says yes that's always been our policy. We told him we had a designated driver and that they have served us enough beer in the past to get us intoxicated with no issue from from either side, he just kept being as rude as possible. They did refund our money, and I'm guessing they've been having problems with over intoxicated collage kids but if they act like they did to myself and the other 3 30+ people I was there with all the business they'll get is trouble making collage kids.

4025 blu, our deepest apologies. This is not the way we handle things. Apparently we have an employee who has a power trip problem. The owner of Norris has been notified and will be dealing with this employee. You are not the only one who has complained about him. Thank you for your frankness and we would like to offer you some free soak passes for your trouble.

Pool was cold and when I asked the gal about it she was rather short and said the owner wants it that way and that's the way it is. Really. Another couple in the pool mentioned it was cold also. There are signs posted all over with all their rules threatening to kick you out for EVER if you do this or that.
$5 a beer but I expected that and it was one redeeming factor that even with all the rules you could still have a beer???? Food menu did look good but it was not open yet. Don't waste your time just continue to Bozeman Hot springs which is not far away. I have been to most hot springs in Montana and this one I will not be back to.

This place is definitely funky and eclectic and I like that. I also like the menu, beer selection and diversity of the clientele. If your into fancy and clean this is not your place. but it is genuine down home, grassroots and organic. I would have preferred the water a little hotter. We camped in the one of the four tent sites for the night. You don't get much of a campsite for your $22. They are small, not so grassy and a bit rocky. I do a lot of backcountry camping so I don't need much or expect too many amenities, but these are so close together that we were awakened in the middle of the night by our camp neighbors whimpering orgasms. It was actually quite hilarious and I so wanted to say something funny to her the next morning. The traffic noise from the adjoining highway was also somewhat annoying. All and all worth a stop if your in the area, but I wouldn't go too far out of your way! I would like to check it out when a band is playing sometime.

If you're one who likes your amenities (like flushing toilets rather than porta potties), this may not be the place for you... Norris Hot Springs offers up the simple pleasures of life with an emphasis on living close to the earth (organic, site grown foods; simple menu; great beer and wine selection; recycling...) One pool lined with wood planks and bench seating inside pool along the sides.
My two teens and I had a fantastic afternoon, and I'd love to return when there's live music.

For a funky hot springs experience this is "better" than some - we found the pools are emptied each night and the wooden pool.is "scrubbed" every week. So we felt better going in. Not a hot-hot water experience and no cold plunges. Dressing rooms are damp and unheated - wear shoes! They do not have "real" toilets - just Porta-Pott and my husband said the one he used was "full" (yuk!) - they offer food and adult beverages (limited to 3 per adult) - lots of local folks and a hip atmosphere - so if you're looking for a "spa" experience this isn't it. We enjoyed it and warmed up nicely - so for that, it was a good visit. Great drive to and from.

Yes, the 50-Mile Snack Bar is open year round during pool hours. Pizza, nachos, salads, chef's specials, home-made desserts are available, along with craft beer and a curated wine list.

We are visiting Montana late December, is this a good Winter activity? Seems great and would love to experience! Just don’t know if it’s open in winter?
Written August 6, 2018
It's definitely open in the winter. We went on a frigid day in March. You'll love it.

I need to get a hold of someone there. The email address is faulty and the phone line goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full!!! I have been trying for a week to get a hold of someone there because I left something there. My fault, yes...but it sure would be nice to be able to make contact. How can I reach someone?
