Lots of local events during the summer and fall. From Ft. Clark Farmer's Market to Out to Lunch, there are events with music, food, and lots of local color. Watch the surfers at the Wave, or rafters on the river, nice stroll to U of M, or to other sites around town. Wonderful place to take photos, have a picnic... More

Such a fun event and such a great way for people to learn of celebrations of other cultures. We love all the celebrations at Cara's park and getting to watch the surfers is a bonus and walking across Higgins bridge for ice cream. So much to do.

Lots of vendors lined the park to offer a wide variety of food and drink. Was nice to be able to sample items from different restaurants - while all in one place. Everyone was very friendly!

What a gorgeous park! Loved looking at one of the rare red trees. Also watched the "surfers" for a little bit. Nice trail perfect for a walk.

This is a gem in the city. Depending on the day you can get a lunch or dinner, listen to live music or see entertainment. Stop over and visit the restored Carousel for authentic old time fun. Watch kayaking and river surfing on the standing wave of the Clarks Fork River. Or sit back and enjoy nature and the people... More

This is where I park when attending shows at the Wilma. Nice park by the river with seating, pavilions, and walking paths.

Can't go wrong walking in this park. There is a carousel, walking and multi-use trails, the river, and more.

This is a lovely venue right downtown on the Clark Fork River. Caras Park is the place where Bernie Sanders came this year to campaign for president, and people were standing on the bridge above to watch. It is lovely place to bring a lunch for the outdoor concerts, and it is home to A Carousel for Missoula. This is... More
