Love the tour train. I have gone many times and learn something new every time. My granddaughters love the train also. Great way to get them to love Helena and its history. Wonderful way to get to know Helena and sites you would like to return to for a more in depth visit.

This train runs on wheels around historic Helena with narrators that love to share their stories. It is fun to hear about the past when Helena had many wealthy citizens!

Inexpensive train tour of the downtown area. Parking area was across the street. Tour guide was a local history teacher with a lot of knowledge of area. Children in homes and several shop owners came out to wave while we were going down the street. Not able to take a lot of pictures, but I was seated in awkward position.... More

We have taken this ride about 6 times over the last 2 years - in our opinion the trip varies depending on your driver, without naming names, stick with the ladies.

I rode this train almost every week of my life as a kid. Now as an adult when I come home I make all my friends ride with me. They give some great information on the history of Helena. It's a great way to get to know the city. The conductors are friendly and with the purchase of your ticket... More

Wife and I rode the train 7/5/16 and "Boots" was our conductor. Before boarding, numerous historical buildings, museum and state capitol are a very short walk. Our conductor gave us interesting background history, pointed out historical locations and drove by places offering "tour guests" a special incentitive to stop by after the tour. I'm handicapped but able to step up... More

Our driver, Boots, was great. We learned more in that one hour tour than we had in the past five days in being in Helena.
