We are a small tour company that specializes in wildlife sightings in northern Yellowstone. Our specialty is wolf and bear watching and all of our guides are experienced wildlife biologists who are also very personable. We have been in business over 10 years, and consistently provide a very fun and memorable outing in the park.

Our family spent three days with Bonnie from Wolf Trackers and we had a terrific experience. Although seeing wolves is somewhat unpredictable, Bonnie's knowledge of when and where to go helped us to see wolves all three days. We were supplied with spotting scopes and binoculars and Bonnie helped us get our scope on the wolves since it was not... More

Emil explains wildlife in Yellowstone in ways that make you really want to learn more. Although the focus is on wolves, he was gracious and willing to find us big horn sheep, moose, and other animals to photograph. There are high powered spotting scopes for the long range views, and lots of goodies to nibble. Hot chocolate and breakfast tailgaiting... More

Sensational, inspiring, educational, exciting and fun are just a few words in describing the incredible time I had on this trip. Nathan and Linda, who have been involved with wolf reintroduction from the very beginning - from the planning stage up to when the wolves first stepped out into the Lamar Valley in 1995, to now- are the best! They... More

Yellowstone Wolf Tracker represents the best opportunity to not only see wolves, but to see them in their natural, interactive environment. We live in a state with six times the number of wolves as live in Yellowstone, yet had never seen a single animal. Wolf Tracker guides enabled us to see 3 different wolf packs of as many as 15... If you are interested in -- or even simply curious about -- Yellowstone's wolves and how they fit into the overall ecosystem, don't delay in booking a trip with Yellowstone Wolf Tracker. My guide knew everyone in the wolf-tracking community and I was amazed to have wonderfully engaging conversations with well-known experts while actually watching wolves. There's no sleeping in... Wow! What an amazing day we had with Bonnie last week! My wife and I arrived from NYC late Friday night and met Bonnie in the dark, at a gas station right outside the northern entrance to Yellowstone at 6:30am the next morning. She put us in a very nice and warm SUV that was packed with food, warm drinks,... More

I just wanted to let you know how fabulous we thought Michael was yesterday. He was an A+ guide in every way: super-knowledgeable; articulate; and extremely interesting. He has a wealth of information in his memory bank, and we learned so much. He answered all questions directly and thoughtfully. The tour was just the right amount of time, the food... More

My family had the most amazing Yellowstone tour with Michael Leach last week! Michael was full of incredible knowledge of the history, wildlife and ecosystem of the park. His knowledge and enthusiasm captivated all of us especially my 6 and 10 year old sons! His keen observant abilities led us to see the Mollie pack, a lone wolf, 3 remarkable... More

My wife and I had a day tracking wolves with Emil back in September 2014. It was without doubt the highlight of our time (5 days) spent in Yellowstone. Emil was a great guy and full of knowledge that he passed on throughout the day. He took us to all the best spots to watch wolves and provided us with... More

Watching wolves in the snow was a magical experience that my family will never forget. Linda took us on two days driving through Yellowstone. Driving through the pre dawn light we found our first wolf pack very early in our tour. We heard the Junction Butte wolf pack howling to each other as some wolves were separated from the pack....
