Trevor gave me a two day tour. He is an awesome fishing guide. I left with possession limits of Walleye, Lake Trout, & Smallmouth Bass. I loved this lake & fishing it.

This reservoir is stocked with many species of fish and is a true paradise for fishermen. The Fort Peck Dam is worth a visit. This controls the flow of water in the reservoir.

Huge, really huge lake! Never crowded, many access points. The weather can get extreme, but it's beautiful. The fishing varies, of course.

Just one of Montanas beautiful spots with a lot of history behind it, There is a museum that explains a lot about how the dam was built, and it was a man made dam. The water in this dam supplies a lot of electricity to...More

We were on a trip east along US Highway 2 and decided to detour and visit the Fort Peck State Park campground -- we were not disappointed. This park sits on the edge of a huge lake, a reservoir formed by the damming of the...More

We knew we would be driving right by Fort Peck on our Montana road trip, so we decided to add the dam and reservoir to the itinerary. Was a little out of the way and had to take a gravel road to get to it,...More
