We toured the town, museum and hotel. It is along the Missouri river and most beautiful there. The museum is nicely done and very informative. The hotel holds much history is is most beautiful! Rooms are done in time period decor. Hope to go back.

This was an interesting old town. We visited the Fort museum and the Grand Hotel. The views from the bridge are beautiful.

We have been to Fort Benton and their musuems the last three summers in a row. We are going back again! It is one of the best, cleanest, complete museum experiences in Montana!

Really well worth the stop! So much to see and read about the history of the town! You can surely spend a few hours enjoying the museums and heritage center, easy! A gem of Fort Benton for sure. Plenty of parking and right in town.
