This has been a destination camping spot for years! Crystal clear waters in a pristine setting. Bring your kayak, paddle board or raft and paddle around this "no wake lake". Fishing is awesome-if you know the secrets of the lake. Great place to relax-totally off...More

Hauntingly reminiscent of the Caribbean. Beautiful lake, great kayaking. Area is a gem but "discovered." Still worth a visit.

Gorgeous! Yes, there are some tourists around - but compared to back east - it is nothing. Definitely rent a boat if you go.

Wade Lake is absolutely beautiful. Definitely remote. They have a wonderful campground and the fishing is great.

One can drive all around the lake and see wildlife, you can also drive along the creek down Beaver trial. We saw two bald Eagles, just flying above our heads. beautiful sight

We rented canoes and paddled the whole lake in a couple of hours. On our way back to the dock we saw a family of otters playing.
