Highly recommend hanging out here! We got geared up for the morning starting on the lower level to gain our bearing then to the upper level for another challenge and zip line down. It was a bit congested at times but that also added to the challenge of learning to collaborate with strangers out for their good time. Easy to understand instructions from the staff helped with any anxiety going out. Once we had our fill we thoroughly enjoyed the giant inflatable slide in the gorgeous little pond surrounded by comfortable and shaded seating areas to enjoy a drink and a meal. We are 41, 37, 9, & 7 and everyone left feeling fulfilled.

8 of us went from one extended family. There was something for everyone. Most of the group went on the aerial equipment and all loved it. Youngest was 10 and oldest was 45. Equally fun. The little ones played on the bouncy house for over an hour!

When we were there, we did both levels of the ropes course (lower and higher), rock wall climbing, and inflatable obstacle course. The staff did a great job explaining how the ropes course worked, especially all the safety measures. There is a bit of a learning curve to switching your safety harness between obstacles, but I got the hang of it quickly. The obstacles themselves were challenging, but not too difficult. My favorite part was the 250-foot zipline on the higher course! If you do the inflatable obstacle course, bring a change of clothes--the end slide might be wet at the bottom!

We were totally stoked about this fun adventure park. We’d done some zip lining prior to this and the pics looked amazing.

The course itself is fun.

That said, I’d done some research and their website claimed to be doing COVID prep. Here’s what we actually saw: no one there was really wearing a mask. Putting it around your neck doesn’t count. No staff, including the person doing the checkin, was wearing a mask. They didn’t ask anyone to sanitize their hand prior to using the course. Pretty easy to put a sign up and some hand sanitizer for people to use before they go up to get harnessed up. Many other businesses (including the distillery, rafting companies and anyone dealing with tourists) are doing this: staff wears a mask and asks all visitors to wear a mask and to sanitize before coming in. That’s it, nothing crazy. Just basic stuff.

We did the course. We sanitized with our own hand sanitizer between courses.

Also the teenager staff could be way more attentive about what’s happening on the course. Saw several people get stuck who had to wait a while and/or call the guides to come assist.

In non COVID times probably this could be a better experience if you have older kids, for them. But I would just skip this for now.

We took our two kids (ages 9 and 5). The 9-year-old loved the entire experience, but the 5-year-old made it about 20 feet on the ropes course before completely freaking out (after less than 5 minutes in the harness).

When we returned to the front office and I asked for a refund for the 5-year-old, I was told they don't give refunds after the harness is put on, and that it is up to the parents to know if their child will be able to handle it or not. I was never informed of this "policy," either by sign, the waiver we signed, or verbally prior to them taking my money. The first I heard of this "policy" was after getting stiffed $90 for five minutes. When I expressed my displeasure, the male owner muttered "full refund?" under his breath, laughed at me, and told me that it's up to parents "to know their kids." I couldn't believe it.

They should either 1) have a partial refund policy for situations like this (heck, even 10% back I would have lived with on principle alone; I get that this could be abused but come on - a five year old and five minutes after you paid for two hours?), or 2) simply inform customers of their non-refund policy up front. I was completely blindsided by this and completely repulsed by their lack of compassion and willingness to make an exception to the policy. Add to that the insult of the male owner laughing at me and implying that I don't know my daughter well enough, and I was beside myself.

(For the record, my daughter was all gung-ho at the beginning: after she had the harness on, after the safety briefing, and once she clipped in....but literally as soon as she stepped on the rope, she started having major anxiety. There was no way of me knowing that was going to happen.)

In all fairness, the employees on the rope course themselves were OUTSTANDING, including two of them who helped get my daughter safely back to base in a compassionate and caring way. I was impressed by the politeness, humility, and competence of all of the employees on the rope course itself. The two front office staff members (an older woman and older man) would do well to take a class in customer service from their own front-line employees. I will always be left with the sense that the owners are money-hungry vultures who could care less about a child and their experience.

Can't wait to visit again! This course is awesome!!!! My friends and I talked about doing the course for sometime now and now we can't wait to go back!! There are so many fun obstacles and plenty of fun for everyone! It was awesome to have a lower ropes course to get used to it then we went up and did EVERYTHING on the upper course! The staff is very fun, friendly and helpful! Can't wait to go again and this time do the ROPE SWING!!

My family went to the Glacier Highline last summer, it was an excellent afternoon adventure. My daughters were 10 and 7, and they loved every minute of our time there. They went through all of the different challenges on the ropes course, receiving help from Glacier Highlines skilled staff whenever necessary. My husband and I also completely enjoyed our experience. I am slightly uncomfortable with heights, so participating challenged me. I was able to find different challenges on the ropes course that I felt comfortable with so that I could still enjoy and participate on our family outting. I would HIGHLY recommend the Glacier Highline. My family will be going back this summer.

I love how family friendly the course is. There's something in it for everyone. I highly recommend the course for anyone! It is definitely a great workout and a great deal of fun. The rope swing into the pond was my favorite part, and I will most definitely be visiting again.

Glacier Highline is a great place to spend time with friends and family. I've been through both the high and low ropes course as well as the big swing, and had a blast doing all of them. Stop by, check it out, and have a great experience with the fun activities and great staff.

Excellent choice for a family-friendly activity! It was obvious the summer staff genuinely enjoyed their job, everyone was helpful and more than willing to take the time to answer questions. The course is built for young and old alike, so there's something to do for everyone in the family. I HIGHLY recommend Glacier Highline!
