No cages or pens, the habitat was natural for the Bears, they enjoyed foraging for their snacks and we enjoyed watching them. The staff was very knowledgeable about each bear and grizzlys in general. We learned a great deal and the Bears were peaceful and appeared happy and healthy. Beautiful and awesome experience for the whole family!

As you're driving through the beautiful Bozeman pass the best thing you can do is stop off and see the amazing grizzly bears. The home they have created for them is a bears dream land with everything they need and want. You can get very close to see them and the owners will throw food and communicate with them to... More

After leaving Yellow Stone and seeing wolves, bison, horned sheep, elk and bull elk, we really wanted to see a bear. After arriving in Bozeman, we learned about this near by family business sharing their love for their five bears. It was easy to enjoy watching them, just chilling and finding snacks that were hidden in their enclosure. The gift... More

This is a well taken care of natural habitat where you get up close to several different Grizzly bears. Caregivers hide food for the bears, which gives visitors a chance to observe the bears forage in natural surroundings. Park personnel are friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Very nice stop, and a great cause. We saw Jake and Maggi. What magnificent animals. The staff was friendly and informative. They shared the story of each rescue, and helped us understand what their mission is. Some say the entrance fee is expensive, or more expensive than a zoo. This is no zoo! I find them to be sad and... More

I generally do not like zoos, but did enjoy the chance to appreciate a live grizzly in it's (almost) natural surroundings. These are all rescue bears and are not being rehabilitated. Just given a decent home to live out their lives.

If your going here because you think this is a zoo then your in the wrong place. This a single exhibit about 5 rescued grizzly bears. You get to be very close to them. They are very fun to watch interacting with each other. And the the info from the staff is great. Another great part is that the pass... More

We were just driving by and saw the place, we actually drove by and decided to back track and stop. We were glad we did. As photographers we got some great pictures of Belle, Jake, Brutus, and Maggie. Belle is the youngest of the bears and a huge ham. The staff told us all about the bears how they were... More

Went because of the high reviews. It's paying the price of a regular zoo to spend a half hour max looking at a single exhibit. It's two grizzlies set out inside of a large concrete enclosed area. There was a staff person there who was just a hired hand...not part of the organization. I found the information pretty basic. I... More

I learned so much about the Grizzly bear from the fantastic people that own/run this exhibit, I now have a much better understanding and less fear of the Grizzly bear than ever before. While you may only see 2 of the 5 bears housed there (because some of the bears don't get along if out together), the knowledge the owners... More
