Riverfront Park is all that surrounds Lake Josephine, it was named this because the farthest up the Mississippi River system that a Flatbottom Riverboat traveled, was The Yellowstone River. The boat was named The Josephine.

Great place to brown bag a lunch or use a fire pit.....picnic tables everywhere pavilion bring some flies and catch crappie and bluegill all day excellent place to get a kid "hooked" on fishing

Took my grandkids there to feed the ducks nd geese and they had a ball!!! The park is kept up beautifully and it is very clean!!!

Sorry there isn't a restroom their but ther are restaurants close by.
