We spent 5 days with our 4 teenagers in a waterfront cabin at Swan Lake - great for relaxing, swimming, SUP, boating or just enjoying the incredible peace and quiet of this pristine mountain lake. There are a couple of state park beaches along the...More

This was a great place to paddle board and canoe. There are areas where speed boats could go faster but other areas have speed restrictions allowing for canoes, swimmers and paddlers.

There are many lakes in the area, but Swan Lake is one of the best. There is a small fee to get in to the public access, but it is worth the money. Nice public beach area, picnic tables available and serene views.

This is a beautiful small lake approximately 9 miles from Bigfork. It's the lake less traveled and for good reason. It's dangerous for boating. It's very shallow in areas where you wouldn't expect it, including the middle of one portion of the lake. It's not...More

The National Forest campground here was closing up for the winter, but we stopped by the lakefront boat launch to enjoy the scenery and drove through the beautifully wooded campground across the street. The views are worth the drive

We stayed in a VRBO on the lake. Because it is so close to Flathead Lake (much bigger and more popular) it is more tranquil. Fishing boats, jet skis, water skiing boats are on the lake, but not so many as to make ti obtrusive....More

The scenery is beautiful and the water is so clean. It was very quite the two days we went there, much quieter than flathead lake.
