First time with Bear Creek Trail Rides. The location was easy to find. Called to reserve a date and time but couldn't reach anyone. I tried the text to reserve number and got a reply and got set up within an hour or so. Pretty easy. The ride itself was great. Horses were well trained. The trail was scenic. Took... More

This was the first time my son had ever rode a horse and it had been a very long time for my wife and I. We had absolutely Beautiful weather for our ride. Our guides matched us up to our horses perfectly. My wife rode Peanut, my son rode Pumba and I rode Mermaid. The trail was beautiful. It was... More

This was not the best ride we've ever taken (Myrtle Beach), or the worst (Banner Elk), but it was definitely the least expensive. We try to ride at least once every vacation, and have ridden often in the Smokies, but this was the first time in Branson. Our guide was not as talkative as some, but did point out interesting... It has been over a decade since I have ridden a horse, and my 7yr old's first trail ride... The price cannot be beat! The horses were flawless. Even though there were several children under age ten, and most of the adults inexperienced, there were no issues whatsoever. The horses were amazing! Guides were ALL very nice and engaging. They... Don't rely on map quest to get you there and it is not on Bear Creek Road. Right on US HWY 65 coming in from Branson turn right onto Bear Creek rd then turn around get back on the hwy and it is the first gravel road on your right. Everybody was calling and asking where they were at. The... More

It was hilly and we crossed a creek a couple times. The two trail guides were engaging and friendly. The property is super easy to find and the... More

My daughter and I went on a trail ride last weekend. We do trail rides every couple years so we aren't brand new but we are inexperienced. The trail has steep and rough parts and while going down one part my daughter's horse lost his footing and the saddle slipped to the side making my daughter fall off. Thankfully she... More

The hour ride was about 40 minutes maybe because of the heat, but we also got a late start on the first ride of the day and the horses wouldn't have had much of a break before the next group. There were some comments about one persons weight otherwise all the staff were very nice and the horses were also.

The good.... the horses are well trained! The not so good... was a lady named Liz! Although Liz seemed nice initially, her patients ran short quickly, especially with our teen who was a first time rider..When our teen had a problem with her horse, Liz was very vague with her instructions. .when our daughter didn't understand, Liz rolled her eyes and...
