The Fabulous Fox Theatre first opened in 1929 as a movie palace in William Fox's motion picture empire. The theatre was reopened in 1982, and today it is one of the most exquisite venues in the country to enjoy live touring Broadway shows, concerts, and comedians. We hope you'll visit us for an upcoming show or one of our guided tours!

Originally a movie theater, "the Fox" is a not to miss destination for visitors to St. Louis. Opulent, good acoustics, right up the street from St. Louis University in mid-town St. Louis.

Have only been to the Fox theatre once but it was every bit amazing. Saw "Wicked" there and was not disappointed.

Amazing inside architecture, can't go wrong with any Broadway shows. Staff is always friendly. Need to definitely get a seat center and not one of the end wings.

The shows are fantastic and the venue is amazing. It has the feel of stepping back in time while enjoying the latest productions from Broadway. Enjoy a fine dinner before the show but don't be late!!!

We saw Book of Mormon in March '13 and were wowed by the grandeur of the Fox Theatre. I had never been! It made me want to get some opera glasses and be one of those ladies that dines on chicken salad and talks about the theatre.

We live in Kansas City but keep an eye on what's showing at the Fox. We have now been there about a dozen times and have always enjoyed it. The theater itself is amazing...you need to sit back and study the ornate detail. The acoustics are excellent. Their web site is excellent. Parking in the various lots behind (west) of... More

The interior has been completely renovated to its original beauty. It's really a sight to behold! My wife saw a production here and really enjoyed it. I was able to walk in to meet her afterwards and admire the interior.
