The Fabulous Fox Theatre first opened in 1929 as a movie palace in William Fox's motion picture empire. The theatre was reopened in 1982, and today it is one of the most exquisite venues in the country to enjoy live touring Broadway shows, concerts, and comedians. We hope you'll visit us for an upcoming show or one of our guided tours!

If you are in the Midwest visiting the Fox Theatre in St. Louis is a must. They host several top notch shows a year and the nostalgia of the decor is another plus. Parking is easy and there are several restaurants nearby.

The theater is worth a visit even without seeing a show (and they have fabulous shows!). Elegant historic interior. Even the rest room seems luxurious, with gilt and mirrors and fancy chairs.

Reviewing the venue itself, after seeing probably a dozen or more performances here, the most recent was "Motown - The Musical". Just a beautiful place, if a little large for Broadway shows, and built in that over-indulgent 1920's style. A real plus is the classic organ serenade as you sip something before showtime, definitely a feel from times past. I... More

I have visited The Fabulous Fox on many occasions and it never disappoints. I plan trips for a senior group and they are always very accommodating for our group and work to get us the best tickets possible. We have done the dining prior to the show a few times and John is wonderful to work with. They are so... More

We were able to get last minute tickets to Cabaret. The performance was a disappointment but the theater itself was really cool. We were able to go just about everywhere in the theater so didn't mind missing the tour ( however, the organ could have been neat to hear).

This isn't your typical historic site. There is a dramatic history and the lists of performers who have been there is staggering. But it's the decor that just blows your mind. An eclectic mix of Asian and Byzantine, it looks like a fantasy dream in elegance and the unexpected. Pictures can't do it justice. We took the $7 tour at... More

My wife and I attended another great show at the Fabulous Fox. This building is a true St Louis landmark. It is historic and well maintained. Beverage service and snacks are available prior to show time. You can even have dinner before the show, reservations required. Recommend arriving early because parking will be a challenge closer to show time. Usually... More

My fiancé and I have been to The Fox Theatre a few times. The building & structure is beautiful by itself. Last year we saw River Dance & this year, Something Rotten.

Wonderful theater. Hosts Broadway shows, live popular contests, just a great place to go see a show. Not a bad seat in the house! Take the behind the scene tour to learn all about the Fox and its glorious restoration. Also look for your favorites artist's graffiti in the dressing rooms. All artists are encouraged to draw/autograph the backstage walls.... More

We are big theater fans, and have been Fox Club members for several years. Not only is the venue stunning, but the dining is superb, and they choose great performances for their Broadway series. (Other shows are available throughout the year, as well.) Next season, Hamilton is coming to St. Louis. We recently saw Cabaret, starring the original Broadway "emcee",... More
